Ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno qui, buon ambiente, amare l'odore della stanza e lobby. Il colazione è anche buono, molte varietà. Il personale è molto buono, così amichevole e utile. Non si pentirà di rimanere qui. Molto consigliato e prezzo conveniente. Ho incontrato Fauziah e lei è così gentile

First, they gave me room that is not like I put in my note. The first room was so hot and I got to be moved to other room in high floor. The AC was working and everything was fine, except the closet doesn’t have bidet and the hot water is not working.

Non è la prima volta che scelgo questo hotel per un soggiorno. La stanza è pulita e di solito è di grandi dimensioni. Ma l'ultima volta che ho soggiornato qui, a causa di un problema imprevisto con l'acqua in bagno, mi hanno spostato in un'altra stanza, che è molto più piccola del solito. Ma va bene, ancora abbastanza comodo. L'unico problema è sempre la vasca da bagno. Ho sempre il sifone rotto, quindi devo tirarlo manualmente per scaricare l'acqua. Per favore, aggiorna la vasca da bagno, sarebbe molto molto meglio. Nel complesso, adoro questo hotel?

its a walking distance to centre point mall and subway station. got mixue cafe and mart in front of the hotel. the bedding was so comfortable and soft. the check in process quite fast. appreciate that. hot water and shower also nice. they got spa for massage with cheap price plus 100 thousand IDR discount voucher for the spa. but i wish, the spa staff would give some private time for customer during changing clothes and shower time after the massage instead of cleaning and setting up the room, walking in and out while customer changing. it was kind of disrespectful to me that i dont want to repeat the service. also my whole session should be 90 minutes (traditional massage ) & ear candling (45 minutes). start at 12.20 pm but end at 2 pm. so definitely not recommended if you want to pay for the correct amount of time you get. the hotel do have storage service for luggage just in case you want to go out / to the mall after check out time before going back to the airport. I will repeat the stay but not the spa service.

The hotel is located conveniently next to an IndoMart. The rooms are nice with a window looking down on the reception area below. The beds are a little hard. Aircon and hot water works well. There is a full sized fridge but freezer does not work. The breakfast buffet has quite a bit of variety with hot station. I recommend booking the in-hotel massage service.

La pulizia della stanza è così: il minibar non è abbastanza freddo (vogliamo mettere cibo ma poi abbiamo scoperto che la superficie era acquatica), la lama di letto potrebbe non essere così pulita perché le gambe mi sono diventate così fredde dopo aver dormito per una notte. Molti punti sono un po' polverosi e per il suo prezzo il soggiorno non valeva così la pena rispetto alle 3 stelle standard. La colazione era semplicemente ok, almeno è commestibile (non molto opzione comunque). Il ricevitore è bene ... molto piatto. Non rude ma, senza espressione. Conosco solo tre stelle, ma almeno possono sorridere. La pulizia del bagno può anche essere migliorata. La carta chiave è spesso problematica e difficile da usare per sbloccare l'ascensore o persino la porta della stanza. Controllate che i prodotti etichettati con un tag di prezzo siano carichi e che la sua gentilezza non sia notabile in primo luogo. Un'altra cosa che suggerisco alla direzione è chiedere al personale di indossare una maschera adeguata (non una scuba perché non è efficace). Beh, almeno l'aspetto generale di questo hotel non è cattivo.

It's good hotel, clean and they have a really good staff, nice hospitality and warmest welcome. Although this hotel is cheap but good, you try it by yourself then you will know. Thanks miss Rina for helping me so much. Guys when you need something, find miss Rina and she will help you with heart. Choose this hotel because is in the middle of town, really near by airport train station, bus and all public transportation.

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.
