its a walking distance to centre point mall and subway station. got mixue cafe and mart in front of the hotel. the bedding was so comfortable and soft. the check in process quite fast. appreciate that. hot water and shower also nice. they got spa for massage with cheap price plus 100 thousand IDR discount voucher for the spa. but i wish, the spa staff would give some private time for customer during changing clothes and shower time after the massage instead of cleaning and setting up the room, walking in and out while customer changing. it was kind of disrespectful to me that i dont want to repeat the service. also my whole session should be 90 minutes (traditional massage ) & ear candling (45 minutes). start at 12.20 pm but end at 2 pm. so definitely not recommended if you want to pay for the correct amount of time you get. the hotel do have storage service for luggage just in case you want to go out / to the mall after check out time before going back to the airport. I will repeat the stay but not the spa service.

Ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno qui, buon ambiente, amare l'odore della stanza e lobby. Il colazione è anche buono, molte varietà. Il personale è molto buono, così amichevole e utile. Non si pentirà di rimanere qui. Molto consigliato e prezzo conveniente. Ho incontrato Fauziah e lei è così gentile

The restaurant in Aryaduta called The Kitchen, I have tried their Watermelon Yogurt, and it was delicious. I couldn't finish and ask them pack for me, they even take the initiative to send it to my room. Very good service.

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

Un giorno così bello che passo lì .. la vista era anche molto sorprendente.. e il servizio era così buono.. Vieni a visitare molto presto di nuovo inshaAllah

Il soggiorno è molto bello, lavanderia e acqua calda funzionano anche bene. WiFi veloce, e controllo veloce in corso. Inoltre amano avere un spa di massaggio all'interno dell'hotel a prezzi accessibili, ma come un malasiano, direi, Se non vuoi davvero andare fuori, puoi ordinare il servizio in camera, che è anche molto grande in parte (per me) e il tempo che va con la salsa samba è stato così bello. In fronte all'hotel, ha ricevuto diversi servizi taxi privati (auto suv) con un prezzo di circa 1 milione IDR a Parapat (lago Toba) e 700 mila IDR a siantar.Solo se avevi un piano di ultima notte per andare a Danau Toba e non prenotavi alcun supino in anticipo L'unica cosa che vorrei che cambiassero è la tovagliola.Per favore, cambiala in una nuova e più morbida.Tutto il filo viene fuori dalla tovagliola.

L'hotel dispone di una fantastica piscina, anche se non ho avuto l'opportunità di goderla, ma ci sono stati diversi problemi che hanno influenzato il mio soggiorno. In primo luogo, la pressione dell’acqua all’hotel era deplorabile, facendo la doccia un po’ difficile. Le lamiere erano notevolmente vecchie e in sostituzione. Ho incontrato anche un problema con le anatre nella mia stanza e nel bagno, che era molto inconveniente.

Amazing hotel with helpful staff. Would love to visit again soon. Cafe got nice food with reasonable price as well. Just so happy to have chosen this hotel for several nights.

Stavo per soggiornare durante la stagione di EID, prenotato per 10 camere. Il manager, il signor Saut Purba, è stato molto utile nel aiutare le mie prenotazioni. Ha cercato di soddisfare la mia richiesta, come la sala di connessione e lo stesso livello di piano, perché sono rimasto con la mia grande famiglia. La miglior sorpresa era la sala di aggiornamento al decimo piano per me stesso. Grazie mille! Il signor Saut ha anche assistito a organizzare la sorpresa di compleanno per mio fratello, alcuni agenti ci stanno unendo per colpire la sua stanza con una bella torta di gioia e desideri. Il colazione era eccellente, il cibo è delizioso, me e la mia famiglia lo amavano. Questo hotel ha servito diverse opzioni sul loro buffet colazione. Questo hotel aveva anche una bella piscina, non era grande ma pulito e sicuro per i bambini. Il personale del front office è magnifico durante il check-out.Infine, grazie per un soggiorno così memorabile. :-)
