Holiday Inn Mcallen – Medical Center Area

상점이나 레스토랑, 마트 등이 가까워서 이용하기에 아주 편리했습니다. 침대도 넉넉했고, 방과 화장실도 깨끗했습니다. 로비에 직원도 매우 친절했습니다. 주차장도 넉넉해서 이용하기 좋았습니다. 주변이 조용해서 밤에도 편안히 쉴 수 있었습니다. 가족과 함께 맥알렌에 또 방문한다면 다음번에도 다시 이용하고 싶은 숙소입니다.

The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The hotel was not what we expected, it wasnt clean. The rooms need to be upgraded. I honestly think a Motel 6 wouldve been a better stay. Were a fam of 4, the room sleeps 4 but no blankets, pillows were provided for the sleeper sofa. There were 2 medium sized towels in the room. We had to ask for extras along with the blankets. It was just inconvenient. I wouldnt stay here again.

We noticed that the rooms wasn’t cleaned properly. There were “dirty” hand prints in the headboard of one of the beds and hairs in the tub. Overall, we were disappointed with our room.

Great location. Close to border and great restaurants. Fairly cheap compared to others. Will stay again when visiting mexico

Worth the extra penny compared to other hotels in the area. Clean, well kept, and modern, this is a big one because a lot of hotels have that musky ambience to them. great location if you need to Uber and breakfast included. My purpose to stay was visiting and would come again!

Clean and quiet. Breakfast was alright, but it was included so no complaints here. The room itself was very clean as was the restroom. Definitely recommend.

Hotel was very clean. The only thing is that tue rooms are a little dated. But still very clean & functional.

The room was ok but it wasnt clean.. there were tiny papers all around the bathroom and multiple hairs.. also the rug smelled kinda bad

We truly like all about our stay. Soft beds and pillows, staff is very friendly, not fancy but up to part. Everything was close! I’ll be staying there again.
