The toilet did not flush properly, and the shower water flow was low which made my shower time longer. Also breakfast needs variety no choice on what to eat.

Several damages to the room, and it seems like no maintenance. But it was clean, and calm. I dont think the price was at par to the room

I stayed at the Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham in San Angelo, Texas. They came to my rescue after leaving a bug infested hotel called The Roadway Inn. The staff, service and accommodations were extremely excellent. No bugs, clean and neat. I will only stay at this hotel chain in the future. Brea, Ruben and Elizabeth were amazing!!! Thank you so much for making my trip to my grandsons graduation a pleasant one.

The rooms are wonderful, soaciuos and very clean, I just think the pillows are not so comfortable. Everything else was very good.

MY entire stay was great. Nice clean rooms and extremely friendly front office staff. Clarisa was very accommodating. She went above and beyond her duties. She recommended several restaurants and places to visit while our stay in McAllen. Hats off to clarisa!!!

All the staff were very friendly. Cleaning crew were very respectful and responsible. I loved the decor and hotel room features; kitchen with electric stove, good size fridge, clean floor to walk barefoot on, high ceilings that made the room feel more spacious, etc. The view was not bad either, at least not for me. I was on the fifth floor and was able to see everything from my window. The outdoor pool was always a nice warm temp even when it was windy outside. Unfortunately, I think something was up with the hot tub heating element because it was not warming up. However, overall. We loved the freedom! It felt like an upscale condo!

The staff was fairly rude to my family while being there. We were there for an event, and the front reception was very rude and demanded everyone to leave at once right when the party ended. We were just cleaning up and people were saying goodbyes and she kept pestering people to leave the room. The restaurant/breakfast area in the morning was a mess, they did not have any decaf, coffee or orange juice left at 9 AM. When I asked the service person there she rudely responded that there wasn’t going to be any more. Will have to think extremely hard about staying here again with many other options around the area. So sad that this is typical service for the Rio Grande Valley.
