Hotels con pick-up a Mazatlan

When we arrived they couldn’t find our reservation. Finally after 15 minutes they find it. We ask for towels to use at the pool. They say they didn’t have any but someone would bring them to our room. We get to the room that was supposed to have one king or two queens. It had one Queen. Very small room. Hard mattress. My arms kept falling asleep. I only wish the rest of me could have done the same. Two sheets, top and bottom. No blanket. It had an ocean view however the balcony door stuck so badly it took all my husbands muscles to open. No lock on the door either. We went for supper, when we got back still no pool towels. So I decide to have a shower and realize there were no towels at all. Nothing. So my husband calls. They say they will bring some. I wait. And wait. I go back downstairs and tell the man at the desk I need two towels. He opens the cupboard, searches through a stack of towels and hands me one bath towel and two hand towels. No I say I need dos grande. Nope. He say no we no have. Not sure why I couldn’t have one out of the stack of towels that were there. They couldn’t be pool towels because he looked through them earlier when we checked in and asked then for pool towels, just as it said to do on the information page they gave us. I guess maybe they were thursdays towels only and we came in on Wednesday… who knows. Anyways with all that and the elevator that was in need of repair, (it was loud and out of balance and rubbed on something when you rode up or down) and the mold on the bathroom floor it is not worth the money at all.

The location of their private beach is the best in my opinion it’s so clean. The service of the hotel is too strict. I ran into problems because of the bracelet thing. One of my family members got her deers erased by being in the beach and she was stopped and asked to go to the reception to check if she was a guest at the hotel but we told the security to look at our bracelets and they were from the hotel and my grandmas was also fading yet he didn’t believe us so we had to go to the reception. It was time wasted that we had to deal with just for them to be yes they are guests. And then it happened again because the first time they didn’t change our bracelets when they should’ve have done that in the first place.

Older resort, but clean had everything we needed. beach is very nice, not to many people, except on Cruise Ship days (cruise ship passengers are welcome here) very busy on these days. Staff - my experience mostly good, except a security guard Damien.. he came at us very angry waving his hands yelling at us, he was speaking in spanish (i know its the language there) but i had no idea what he was yelling about. As luck has it a lady and her husband helped with translation. The issue was my pool bag was open and laying on top of my stuff was a bag of nachoes (apparently not allowed on pool deck, i was never told this when checked in or any time during my stay) We were in hot tub when this all started, no where near my bag, and no one was eating the nachoes. we had just came up from the beach. My frustration, Why was Damien looking in my bag in the first place? Why did he not get a staff member that i could communicate with and simply tell us that nachoes was not allowed on pool deck? Why did he get so angry and make me feel like i had done something criminal? I did go to front desk and report, someone did talk to me and assure me that this would not happen again, and it didnt. The front desk did also tell me that the next morning i would get a call from the manager, but that did not happen. Damien ignored me for the rest of our stay. I am not a rule breaker, and i am not a complainer but this did have an impact on the rest of my stay, i was on edge and nervous that he would approach me in this manner again. The rest of the staff were kind. Location of hotel in golden zone would be hard to beat, you are right in the center of all resturants, and entertainment. Yes i would return Front desk should give all guests at check in a list of the rules.

Stayed 5 nights. The hotel is modern, about a year old, has a good location in the Zona Dorada. In front of the Malecón/boardwalk and the ocean. We had a room with balcony and views of the ocean. Nice Infiniti pool and delicious breakfast. Chambermaids were super friendly and wonderful. Stephanie, at reception, was the best and most accommodating. Comfortable rooms and mattress. Now, the neagatives... 1- Some of the staff, at the restaurant, was not very friendly, except the only lady waitress, who was very friendly and serviceable. 2- There was an extremely loud private party, on Saturday night, at the rooftop. Unfortunately, we were on the 7 th floor, just below the party. The music was EXTREMELY LOUD. The bass made our room vibrate. Even with ear plugs, we could not sleep. Of course, I complained, several times. They offered to move us to a lower floor. No way, Jose!. We had already unpacked for a our five night stay. The party was supposed to end at 12 midnight. It enredadera @ 1:30 am. Unacceptable and NIGHTMARERISH!. 3- There are no chairs in the balcony. You go to the pool as there is no place to hang and dry your bathing suits. 4- Although they provide a coffee maker in the room, they leave complimentary coffee, the first day. After, you have to pay for it. Does not make any sense to us. 5- The same with bottle water. Complimentary on the first night. Then, you are on your own. You pay the same hotel fee every night. Provide coffee and water nightly. Get your act together. You will still get the local tourist but FORGET about guests from foreign countries.

I loved the view loved the service it was amazing their team is just awesome!! The girls Susan and Ana from reception saved me from certain starvation with that amazing breakfast they offer at the hotel’s restaurant I’m definitely making it my next year stop! That’s a fact

Sono stato in una stagione leggermente bassa ottobre e tutto meraviglioso, in reception e quando mi consegna la camera super veloce, tutto molto pulito e molto attento, le camere non sono le più grandi ma sono bene 🤝🏼

Arrived for my super-short stay of one night and was greeted first by a great bellboy, who took my bags as I exited my taxi. Juan Carlo waited while I checked in and then escorted me to my room with my bags. I arrived late afternoon for just the short stay, so went only to the beach and walked around there. Very lively and cheerful, with banda music playing for families. I sat at the beach grill, enjoying a sunset, Pacifico and some great food - shrimp ceviche, tortilla soup and guacamole - so amazing. The server, Charlie, was attentive, charming and very fast. The room was quite nice. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed felt great, not too hard. The hotel wasn't noisy, but the street noise was - not the issue of the hotel. We are close to Valentino's Disco and the pulmonias, with music and lights, were constant up and down the street. I, personally, was not disturbed, as it is part of the culture in Mazatlan! Other quick notes - wifi worked great, shower and water pressure was super, A/C was consistent and staff were pleasant. A great choice for my next visit!

Third time I have stayed here-this time for a month and one week visit of 2 of my son’s families. The entire hotel is freshly painted. I stay on 7th floor near elevator to help block street noise-Mazatlan is noisy. Excellent friendly staff-William -Jorge Front desk /Gema housekeeping/Christopher-Jose- Pool activities & yoga/Friendly Security/Life Guards alert/Pool Wait Staff-friendly & attentive/Restuarant Staff did excellent job making my Granddaughter’s 16th Birthday celebration memorable/Grounds keepers constantly cleaning and watering. My family had great vacation here. I get that it is an old hotel so things not perfect but Hotel trying to be at a good price point. Had weekend entertainment on outdoor stage that was nice too—-I will be back

Il server Jose Luis al bar e al ristorante della piscina mi ha dato un servizio fantastico dall'inizio alla fine! Era molto amichevole e aveva un servizio fantastico. Siete sempre sorridenti. Mi ha assicurato che ero felice e confortevole e è molto gentile. Grazie per questo servizio fantastico. Hai fatto divertente il mio soggiorno! Grazie per aver passato e andato oltre con la vostra ospite. Grazie per aver insegnato il mio spagnolo! Grazie per aver spostato l'ombra per coprire il sole. Grazie mille! Jose Luis è fantastico! Le principali esigenze di questa vacanza erano la spiaggia, la sabbia, la piscina, le bevande, il cibo. Questo è in linea con il conto come il volo diretto più economico per mia moglie e io da BC e mio fratello e sua moglie da SK. A RIE questo resort non è, ma sapevamo che andava in. Sapevamo che il cibo non sarebbe stato grande, non è nel buffet, è adatto per una visita forse due ma dopo che troppo limitato e troppo ripetuto. Scegliemmo di visitare uno dei più piccoli ristoranti, sia la Torre del Pacifico che il Palazzo Star, dal colazione, e di scegliere una delle opzioni per cena ogni sera. Che uomo eccezionalmente piacevole, conosciuto, lavorando duramente e catering. Chiesemo di usare la sala da pranzo chiusa per giocare a carte. Era difficile trovare un posto tranquillo per andare via per questo tipo di attività. Egli disse assolutamente, e ci chiese cosa volevamo bere, e ne faceva da solo le bevande, che erano tutte eccezionali. Ogni sera, chiesemo di cena che ci portasse a Ramon. Ci ha dato un trattamento speciale e ci ha accolti molto bene ogni sera per cena e per i nostri giochi di carte, ci ha servito bevande per tutta la sera, anche mentre stava maneggiando la cena. L'ultima sera mi ha fatto un martini sporco che era molto eccellente. Quattro olive!! Se decidessimo di tornare qui, sceglierebbe il palazzo Luna per rimanere in casa, perché è un po 'più ridotto, una bella piscina e più tranquillo. Non è colpa dell'hotel, ma le band giocano sulla spiaggia e sono estremamente alte. L'hotel è stato anche completamente prenotato con famiglie e associazioni locali o gruppi così occupati. Non abbiamo mai potuto utilizzare la piscina principale, ma la piscina del Pacifico è stata una buona alternativa e siamo rimasti sulla spiaggia sotto un Palapa.
