A fantastic experience rooms were perfect, the staff and managment were amazing. No question unanswered no task to big. We are planning on going back in January. Loved every second of it would highly recommend the wings and the steak sandwich from the venue and I would also highly recommend a massage in the spa. Had the best 10hr sleep after it.

We stayed for 3 nights and we cannot recommend this hotel enough. All of the staff were excellent. There was a problem with my brother in laws wheelchair accessible room and it was sorted straight away. Our family room was very spacious with gorgeous fluffy towels in the bathroom. The food in the bar and restaurant was delicious. Great choice for breakfast although food titles beside each food would be helpful. Alison in the restaurant looked after our every need when we had dinner there. The housekeeping staff were always very courteous. My wheelchair user brother in law would like to especially compliment the staff member who brought down his suitcase to reception upon check out, without being asked. We will definitely return.

Excellent 1st time experience in this hotel, friendly, professional staff in all areas including reception, restaurant, house keeping. Lovely room, cotton sheets, great in room amenities, nice common area on the 2nd floor. Separate shower and bath in ensuite. Overall I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

La struttura è molto ben curata (prevalgono legno e pietra) e immersa nella natura incontaminata del Connemara. Ottima accoglienza con possibilità fin da subito di fare alcune semplici escursioni all’interno della vasta area di proprietà del resort. Molte le attività proposte, peccato che la parte fitness con idromassaggio sia a pagamento. Cena buona con servizio al tavolo impeccabile. P.S. se vi avventurate per un trekking ricordatevi di darvi il repellente per insetti.

Just back from a great Golden Years break. Stayed in Castlecourt a few years ago and was delighted with all the refurbishments since then. The hotel has always had a great customer service reputation but I think this has got even better. Lovely clean, comfortable bedroom, great food in both Portos and May's Bistro, every staff member we met friendly, courteous and helpful and a good list of activities for the week. What more could you ask for? Will definitely be back.
