Serendipity Lakes and Resorts

Relaxed feeling with nature We an elderly couple stayed in this resort for 3 nights in the forest villa. The villa is of large size with a beautiful landing which has a good view of the surroundings. Villa has no windows. The resort is situated little off the main road and is very calm and quiet. It has a large lake in the centre, with greenery all around. Sound of ducks and birds greets you all the time. Resort has a small clean swimming pool. A restaurant with very delicious and awesome food. Mr Ujwal Vishwas is the chef and is expert in all culinarily. Resort is equipped with banquet hall, a karaoke room, library, spa, and a small play room with table-tennis table, carrom and dart game. The staff is mainly local and is very courteous and well behaved. I would particularly mention Mr Anil Ivnathe and Mr Vishal Varma. Housekeeping was prompt and upto the mark. I would highly recommend this resort to my friends.

Last weekend I ***** with my family visited the most beautiful place Serendipity resorts Tamia. The place is so calm and creaters have planned as if a painting, "a lake surrounded by trees and small hut" comes to a reality. The cottages are unique in the sense that they are equipped with all modern amenities, still all cottages look are preserved. Wide variety of flora and fauna in the surrounding gives a forest feeling and fresh air. The recreation facilities swimming pool ,table tennis,Karoke singing DJ makes stay enjoyable. Trekking in the surrounding hilly areas is the unique feature of the stay and is most enjoyable. Lastly the food ,very delicious and they keep your taste The entire staff is very courtegious cooperative which makes your stay comfortable

Awesome place to hang out either with your friends or family . If you are a nature lover and want a break from stressful life this is the place you are looking for where you will find calmness and peace which is very refreshing Best if you are visiting in monsoon Staff is also very kind and polite .

Enjoyed our vacation amidst nature, in quiet atmosphere. Luxurious room, delicious food, courteous and helpful staff, lots of inhouse activities & exciting outdoor activities like sunset hightea at HILLTOP. Most of staff-local tribals, thus providing them rozgaar & enabling them to join the mainstream society.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The ambience of the stay was good, especially for those who prefer some private time. The brisk morning walk with the breathtaking views was thoroughly enjoyable. Poor service. No one received us on our arrival and were said to park our cars to the parking area. Guys you are charging a 5 star fee and giving a zero star treatment. Rooms service was always late and came only after two calls. Cake served was horrible. Overall food at your place was good. Front desk guys weren’t cooperating.

Stay was pleasant and the food was good. Must visit. Scenic place and got very beautiful lake with lovely white ducks….. staff was also very humble and polite.. great hospitality experience…. Would definitely visit again in future… best wishes
