We stayed in this complex for the second time, lived here for 3 weeks and it turned out to be a disappointment. The villa is cleaned less often; the pool is cleaned once a week, which is very rare considering that in such weather conditions it is used every day. There are not enough sun loungers on the beach if the complex is fully populated. The sun loungers on the beach are old and dirty. The central fountain is not cleaned, it’s just a swamp, I’ve attached a photo. A separate question to the manager who communicates rudely and disrespectfully with the guests. The staff removes everything from the verandas and the beach to your villa 2-3 days before the cyclone and you, having paid a lot of money, are sitting in a warehouse of furniture in a villa with a closed veranda, a dirty pool, they explain this with concern for our safety, but it would be better to take care of our comfort, because we came on vacation. I would like to draw the attention of Horizon managers to the fact that if cyclones happen so often on the island, then it would be advisable to have a separate room for furniture from the verandas so as not to embarrass the guests. There is a lot of garbage on the beach from the sea that is poorly removed. One of the advantages I would like to note is the location of the complex, close to shops and restaurants.
