Abbiamo soggiornato per 9 notti a febbraio. Il resort era pulito e i giardini erano ben tenuti. Avevamo una camera vista mare con balcone. La camera era di buone dimensioni. Il bagno era molto grande con vasca separata, doccia doppia e doppi lavandini. Eravamo in mezza pensione ma avevamo acqua gratuita in camera perché eravamo membri Raddison. La colazione aveva una scelta ragionevole ma è diventata un po' ripetitiva. Mi sarebbe piaciuto vedere cose diverse, come i toast alla francese, offerti in giorni diversi. Il buffer serale è stato un po' incostante per me. C'era cibo piccante indiano / maurziano in generale disponibile, ma sfortunatamente ho difficoltà con questo. Consiglierei all'hotel di pubblicare in anticipo i temi del buffet per la settimana, quindi potrete scegliere di prenotare in anticipo presso gli altri ristoranti se non è di vostro gusto. Abbiamo scoperto che i prezzi dell'hotel erano un po' alti rispetto a quelli esterni al resort. I lettini erano abbondanti e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi. Il servizio è stato molto buono. Ho fatto una manicure, pedicure e massaggio alla testa presso la spa. I trattamenti erano buoni. Sfortunatamente il mio smalto ha iniziato a staccarsi il secondo giorno. Sono tornata e me l'hanno rifatto gratuitamente. Abbiamo festeggiato il compleanno di mio marito durante le vacanze. L'hotel ha organizzato un pasto speciale per noi la nostra ultima notte al golf club, il che è stato fantastico. Gli hanno portato anche una torta. Avevamo una capanna anticiclone mentre eravamo lì. Il personale era rassicurante e abbiamo ricevuto aggiornamenti regolari sulla TV nella nostra camera. La TV era un po' frustrante. Pochi canali disponibili e quelli che avevamo erano impostati in francese. Abbiamo scoperto come cambiare la lingua, ma la vista centrale cambierebbe in modo casuale. L'ambiente e la spiaggia erano incantevoli. La piscina aveva una temperatura molto confortevole e di buone dimensioni per una nuotata. Consiglierei un repellente per zanzare e lo abbiamo trovato molto caldo e umido. L'aria condizionata nella nostra camera è stata un gradito sollievo. Prendi una buona crema solare perché anche quando è ventoso e nuvoloso ti scotti facilmente.

L'hotel è superbo, camera molto spaziosa, molto pulita con una magnifica vista sia sui giardini che sull'Oceano Indiano. Personale molto sorridente, molto professionale, molto attento alle minime richieste. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante, semplicemente delizioso ogni giorno è un viaggio culinario arricchito da un servizio attento e da uno staff di cucina, sempre molto sorridente e disponibile. Tutto è messo a disposizione per facilitare le visite, quindi dal 2° giorno, grazie a Vinay, abbiamo attraversato l'isola da Nord Est a Sud Ovest fino alla spiaggia di Mornes, semplicemente magica... siamo andati anche al mercato di Flacq come al Radisdon Poste Lafayette. Tornerò con grande piacere!

Eravamo lì per festeggiare la nostra luna di miele. Shikka ci ha accolto molto cordialmente ed è stato sempre disponibile. I team della cucina e del ristorante sono fantastici, sempre adorabili e disponibili. Specialmente Sunita e Rekha, ogni giorno con i loro adorabili sorrisi. Mi hanno sempre offerto cibo senza glutine e lattosio. Il cibo era molto buono. Anche Vinod e Ramesh hanno interesse a darci il meglio e che ci stiamo divertendo. Ci dicevano sempre: "se sei felice, sono felice". Avevamo anche la migliore cameriera, Jennifer, delle pulizie. È adorabile, molto disponibile e la nostra camera era sempre molto pulita. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Grazie mille ragazzi. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso e indimenticabile lì. Rimarrai nei nostri cuori. E ritorneremo un giorno

L'hotel si trova nel nord dell'isola, è un piccolo resort circondato da giardini ben curati. La camera che avevamo prenotato era un piccolo bungalow con piscina privata, la camera era grande e spaziosa, un ampio bagno con cabina doccia, la camera era bella ma stanca in alcuni punti. Sono presenti una sala da pranzo centrale e un bar che serve cibo e bevande, tuttavia la formula "tutto compreso" non è tutto compreso, solo le bevande locali fornite, il resto deve essere acquistato. Colazione e pranzo deliziosi con una buona selezione anche se la sera diventa estremamente affollata, tuttavia le scelte per il pasto serale avrebbero potuto essere migliori, così occupati una notte non siamo riusciti a trovare un posto e siamo dovuti tornare più tardi, la sala da pranzo potrebbe essere più grande. Il personale è disponibile, attento e molto amichevole La zona della spiaggia è incantevole ma sono necessari più lettini, le attività offerte sono buone, canoa, barca con fondo di vetro sono solo alcune da menzionare. Ogni mercoledì l'hotel offre una navetta gratuita per il mercato di Flacq, vale la pena farlo, ci è piaciuto moltissimo, alla reception è possibile prenotare anche gite a pagamento per fare il giro dell'isola, tour fantastico a sud dell'isola, grazie ad Ahmed per il tour così fantastico Black Rock c'è un piccolo ristorante separato in loco che può essere prenotato c'è un buon menu fisso ma l'hotel ti dà un permesso rispetto alla selezione à la carte Il grande svantaggio qui al momento è che i lavori di costruzione in corso sono piuttosto dirompenti, molatura angolare e martellare di polvere ovunque intorno all'area della piscina non è una buona cosa Nel complesso abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno, avrebbe potuto essere molto meglio senza i lavori di costruzione in corso e senza ulteriori informazioni fornite

Just returned from 12 nights at the Radisson Blu Azuri and it exceeded our expectations. Firstly the service from every single member of staff is exceptional. The hotel grounds are well kept, rooms spacious and clean and facilities are excellent. We used the gym, tennis and all of the water sports on offer, the beach isn’t crystal clear but still fine to swim with great views or take the boat to the platform for perfect snorkelling. We managed to eat at all of the restaurants (Black Rock, Cafe Gioia twice and Nines). The buffet restaurant had great variety and catered well for our 2 kids and the Easter spread was a welcomed surprise. Pool table and sky sports at the black rock was appreciated by our son. Credit system for the 3 restaurants worked well and we only paid an additional £40 over the course of the 12 days for the 5 visits. We also did various activities (beach volley, football and fishing to name a few) and visited the market which the hotel put on a free shuttle bus twice a week. A lovely area / complex and we would certainly return.

We had a nice stay. The plus points are: 1. Thanks to Sheetal. We received a warm welcome and were upgraded to a suite with pool and were offered late check-out. 2. The swimming pool near the restaurant is nice and the one in the gym is even better 3. All staff are kind and helpful. Special thanks to the Mr. who usually refills the mini bar who accepted to remove all the alcoholic drinks from the minibar despite our request was refused on the previous day. Staffs at le Comptoir offered a good service too. 4. The suite including the bathroom is super spacious and my son did not want to get out of the pool. 5. The buffet restaurant is not that big but you do have a choice for everyone. Points for improvement: 1. The staff should take out the luggage from the guests’ car as we were asked to remive ours. I think this is the bare minimum for a hotel. 2. The kids club is quite small and not many variety of activities.

4 Star is about right for this resort . The hotel is very nice. Food is great and the pools are nice , we had a lovely room very clean and modern. If you are a beach lover this is not the place for you. The beach here is nice but nowhere close to some of the exceptional beaches on the island. We hired a car which was very cheap to explore. The food was very good but I would say that some of the so called Alicarte resturants are questionable. The Italian is not a very good setting and the food wasn't to good . The golf club house was nice food and the general buffet was excellent each day and night. The staff were great all round they were very kind and helpful to my family. We had a great time here , thanks to all the staff

The resort is beautiful and has breathtaking views. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I would like to specially mention Mr. Vinay and Ramesh. They were super friendly amd helpful. Food was good. We are veg so they had several options for it. Highly highly recommended.

I would like to give 5 stars to Radisson Blu Azuri team. Over all our 7 days experience was excellent. Location is perfect if you are looking for a getaway for the hussel and bussel of the city life. The lunch and dinner buffets had a wide range of varieties. They often had live music in the evenings. All our concerns and smallest requirements were looked after. They had some amazing water activities at the boat club like kayaking, snorkeling, glass bottom boat ride etc. A special thank you to the following staff who made our stay a memorable one.
