Bed was very firm but the road noise…bring earplugs because if you are on the even room number side (highway side) the windows do NOT block any of the noise, my guess is it is much better on the odd room number side. Breakfast ok. It was clean and nice staff

This is a lovely property. The breakfast was excellent, and the coffee station in the lobby was very nice. The staff however were not very happy with their situations. The front desk clerk when we checked in complained non stop about how little he gets paid and the breakfast attendant was down right surly. We had a room on the third floor. The mattress was like sleeping on a wonky brick. It doesn't look like there is any on going attention to maintenance. Paint touch ups and replacing missing tile in the bathroom would be a huge improvement. There is only one USB data port on one side of the bed. With all the electronics, outlets with ports are a necessary convenience. For the price, I feel like Hampton missed the mark on this property.

This was our location for a conference of a service organization with around 50 - 60 participants. Their meeting area served our group well. The Staff is above average both at the desk and working with the conference leadership. One big plus was the number of carts available! Having stayed at facilities with only a couple carts, they have at least a half dozen! We had a king room on the second floor. Odd numbers are better as they are on the side away from I-81. Our room was clean and spacious with plenty of seating and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and had lots of counter space. That they have several coffee options available 24 hours a day is another plus! I have been in hotels that they may offer that but you soon learn it is not kept fresh or hot! The parking lot and grounds are well done. My only negative was the breakfast, which was not my favorite, but that is somewhat a matter of personal taste. Lots of guest seemed to enjoy the waffle selection. If back in the area, it would be a pleasure to stay here again.

I don’t usually write a review but the young man at the night front desk was wonderful and courteous. The rooms were very clean, I would highly recommend staying here. There are some nice restaurants nearby if you want something other than fast food.

What a great stay!! From the minute we got here we knew this was the right place to say. We got in late, and the front desk worker welcomed us with a smile. He was adding new coffee to the 24 hour coffee bar! Our room had a clean smell that hit us as we were walking in, the room was spacious and clean! The beds were more firm than soft and they were so comfortable I wish they would tell me the brand! Breakfast the next morning offered 2 types of waffle batter omelet, scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes. They had bread, yogurt, cereal and juice. Of course there was coffee and tea. I love staying at Hampton Inn & Suites because you can always count on their quality!

we love a Hampton property because many are dog friendly and thats makes family travel easy. the breakfast is always a plus plus plus great way to start the day. Rooms clean and the best bedding ever so very comfortable

We have stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions. Both times we have enjoyed our stay! Staff are helpful and courteous. Rooms are clean! Breakfast is well stocked and the food is kept at correct temperatures. Pool and hot tub were great after a long day of driving.

Bed bugs infestation in hotel room. Unsympathetic staff. Had to dispose all my luggage and belongings to prevent bed bugs infestation in my home. It was a terrible experience. I also noticed that after we informed the staff of the bed bugs in our room that they booked the room next to us to other travelers.

This was the home leg of a trip to New England and back to FL. We stayed in a number of Hampton Inns along the way, which were all better than this one. The room had the plainest, most basic furniture of any room we've stayed for some time. The bathroom was small, and the sink was in the front corner and was very small, with not much room for you to put your toiletries. It was obvious that there had been very little updating over the years. Won't stay here again.
