Hotel a Matulji, Croazia

Ottimo colazione dalla terrazza. Siediti e si accomodi il caffè. Penso che questo hotel abbia la migliore vista sul mare. Il barista gioioso ha scoperto per noi un grande gin (Carbon Gin - tesoro locale :-) .Le camere sono moderne e pulite.

La stanza di scena del mare, al piano inferiore, può essere il mare blu.La colazione è anche deliziosa.

We recently stayed at Hotel Istra Opatija for a fallbreak getaway, and we couldn't have been more pleased. The breakfast buffet was abundant and offered a wide variety of options. The bar also served excellent cocktails and delicious meals. Our room was spacious, and the facilities were in line with the money we spent. However, what truly stood out for us was the range of sports activities included in the hotel's services. This was the primary reason for choosing this hotel, and it didn't disappoint. We had the pleasure of meeting the trainer, Ana, who was brimming with energy and positive vibes. She tailored the activities perfectly to our fitness levels and needs. Usually, we don't spend much time in the hotel while on vacation, but this time it was almost impossible to leave because we were so well-entertained on the premises. Even the less-than-ideal weather didn't bother us, as the hotel had so much to offer. In summary, if you plan to visit Opatija, you absolutely must stay at Hotel Istra.

Attenzione!!!! Attenzione ,il parcheggio “ ridicolo” è a pagamento (15 euro) neanche in centro a Milano si paga tanto, inoltre i parcheggi sono scomodissimi, conviene una volta parcheggiata lasciare la macchina ferma e sperare che nessuno te la graffi o urti nell’intento di uscire o entrare nel parcheggio con la propria vettura.Colazione a buffet ma di scarsa qualità. Le camere nn male apparte che uno in bagno nn ha intimità, dal momento che al posto del muro della doccia c’è un vetro che da’ sulla camera da letto e in tv si vedono 8 canali su 40( naturalmente russo e croato), il frigo bar c’è, vuoto e spento con puzza di muffa , ma c’è .Il personale ti accoglie col sorriso parlando in lingua, ma poi ti insulta in croato in modo che tu nn possa capire, specialmente alla reception. Puzza di fumo ovunque.Il ristorante bho’?! Noi abbiamo ordinato un affettato misto e un risotto ( dopo aver chiesto tempo di cottura e specificato che eravamo di fretta)dopo 30 minuti ci siamo alzati, siamo andati alla reception per lamentarci del mancato servizio e siamo andati via dal momento che avevamo un appuntamento importante… il giorno seguente al checkout mi hanno fatto pagare anche quello che nn avevo consumato ( e che si sono mangiati loro). Bravi questo è il modo di fregare la gente!! Per quel che mi riguarda non mi vedranno più!

L'hotel è in una posizione fantastica con vista sul charming Angiolina Park e sul mare. Dal balcone potevo sentire il concerto di Norah Jones :-). Home made apple pie e torta di barba (i mangiate entrambi - 👌) sono davvero casa fatto. Le grandi porzioni per due, e il prezzo è stato sorprendentemente basso (alcun più di 2 euro per porzione !!! in Croazia non trovi tali prezzi). E veramente bella cameriera - buona lingua inglese. Il concerto di gioco era davvero buono e, più importante, il suo spettacolo non ha disturbato le nostre conversazioni a tavola.
