It's a historical hotel with a long history. You can feel the traditions of Japan. They provide great service. Even though you it's a super old hotel, but it's very clean and tidy inside. They have done the renovation so you don't feel that old. That means you can feel the history but super clean and tidy.

Il servizio a questo hotel è eccellente. Dal concierge al desk front. Situato vicino alla stazione Matsumoto. Mi sono diretto ad un hotel multi-storey parcheggio al retro dell'hotel. Costava 1100 yen al giorno (multi-entry al giorno). Scambiare il biglietto di parcheggio con la ricezione. L'hotel è piuttosto vecchio. Sembra che tu abbia entrato nella zona degli anni '80. Le camere sono ristrutturate per qualche tempo, ma vedo il travestimento e lacrime. La casa era un po'sfocata, mentre la zona della vasca era polvere quando ci siamo accolti e c'era un odore di muschio nel bagno.

Hotel eccellente, super pulito. Con bel fiume e vista sulla montagna. Portare campanelli e stick da camminare e altre attrezzature che possono essere prestati durante il soggiorno. Delizioso colazione e cena, adatto per qualche tipo di celebrazione. Meglio prenotare un taxi al/dal terminale di autobus dopo 3.30pm o prima della mattina presto, altrimenti dovrai prendere il bagaglio per un cammino di 20 minuti, anche la passeggiata dalla fermata imperiale dell'hotel è anche a 15 minuti a piedi.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly and helpful. Both dinner and breakfast had amazing food. The onsen bath were great after a long day of hiking. The room was specious and clean, and the futon beds were very comfortable.

Booked this place near Matsumoto city for my family to have a ryokan experience. It is about 15mins drive from the city and easy to find. There is also a Lawsons across the hotel if you want to get any snacks. But we didn’t need to as there was a welcome tea and snack and more tea and biscuits in the room. We had the family room which fit the 5 of us perfectly. There was the main room which can fit 3 and 2 more in the smaller room. The 2 toilets also made it convenient. Only downside was that we could hear water gushing through the pipes above in the night. We enjoyed the kaiseki dinner and morning breakfast. We were also allowed to reserve a 40min private session on the rooftop onsen. It was relaxing to have a hot soak in the cool night. Overall an enjoyable stay with excellent food and service!
