L’albergo è un bel resort, tranquillo, pulito con 2 spiagge vicine dove divertirsi come bambini con i cavalloni, se si è abbastanza confidenti con il mare, che comunque non bisogna dimenticarsi che è sempre oceano. Altrimenti meglio rimanere in piscina che è estremamente gradevole. Buoni i ristoranti e molto accogliente la Spa. Personale attentissimo alle esigenze degli ospiti. Siamo usciti 2 volte a cenare fuori, ma si mangia decisamente meglio in albergo. Ottimo seafood! E anche la pizza di cui ero molto scettica. Consigliatissimo!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti e volevamo stare più a lungo! La stanza era spaziosa e pulita con una vista sorprendente sul piano alto.Abbiamo avuto buffet da pranzo in Weligama Kitchen e il cibo era grande! La colazione servita era deliziosa con una grande varietà di occidentali, asiatici, indici, ma il colazione dello stile srilancan è stato il migliore! Tide Bar è un grande luogo per rilassarsi e avere bevande con snack scrupuloso anche. Abbiamo trascorso la maggior parte del tempo in loco e era molto rilassante. L'ambiente era adatto per le coppie e la famiglia allo stesso tempo. Infine, il servizio era di prima vista, tutti erano amici e utili. TK e Kalpani dalla cucina di Weligama, sempre ci controllano, Sachinthaka, Asanka e Dharmaka da Tides, sempre gioioso e saluto quando ci troviamo a bere. Sarebbe sicuramente tornato e consigliare ai familiari e agli amici visitando il bellissimo Sri Lanka!

Ce petit hôtel d'une dizaine de chambres est tenu par le patron et sa femme, tous deux très sympathiques. L'hôtel est situé tout près de la plage, dans une rue perpendiculaire à la rue principale, donc beaucoup plus calme!! Les chambres sont immenses, idem pour le lit XXL, au moins 2m20 de largeur! Très grande terrasse également... Le petit déjeuner est complet: toast avec beurre et confiture, omelette, thé ou café, salade de fruits ou jus de fruits frais selon les jours, du fromage blanc, et même de délicieuses crêpes au chocolat ou à la banane... Il y a beaucoup d'espaces par rapport au petit nombre de chambres, et c'est très bien comme çà. Le patron est exceptionnellement serviable, il sait toujours répondre à la moindre demande, il peut vous changer l'argent à un bon taux.... Tout était donc parfait !!!

This is the WORST hotel we have visited in our 20 days trip to SriLanka. Not worth it for the price payed. This hotel should be rated 0 zero NOT 4.3. We have visited many countries never seen a rude receptionist (both) like in this hotel. Very bad customer service. I am now reading some of the previous reviews where other customers have experienced the same. I hope after reading this review hotel management take proper action and train their staffs. We will NEVER come back to this place again. Before booking we saw the rating 4.3 and believed this will be great hotel. ALL FAKE. I cant believe someone rated 5 this hotel I would rate 0. Starting from the hallway its either broken or not cleaned. Washroom shower with mold and smell. Shower handle does not work properly. Shower sliding door need two people to hold and close. Balcony railings are broken, didn't let my children out for safety. For the wifi you need to call everytime as the password keeps on changing. Through out our stay in this hotel all I did was keep calling the reception for washroom tissue, water bottle, wifi password, etc. We wasted our two days in this hotel. Most of the time NO response or they will say ”Will call you back” and never did. One point we complained re their service and this is the exact response of the receptionist ”We are like this you can find another place if you don't like here”. After this some staffs are staring at us, we didn't feel safe in this hotel. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and DONT FEEL SAFE HERE. This is not the experience we want from SriLanka. DO NOT BOOK this hotel. First their service is really bad. Never seen a receptionist very rude and attitude and talking to their guest so bad-mannered We booked halfboard and their dinner menu has only one item nothing else, and that's a pasta with Chicken. I am coming from aboard where I eat that every day I don't need to spend money to come Srilanka to eat pasta. When we requested for Srilankan food they said we have to pay additional. We spoke to the receptionist and said that we didn't have any issue with other places we stayed why your dinner menu is not good. Her response was ”this is what we provide for our set menu”. This is our 7th hotel in Srilanka and we didnt experience anything like this in any of the other 6 hotels. If you walk 5 min from the hotel you can get good food for reasonable price. Why I have to pay for the halfboard and additional again. Worse experience. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - WILL NOT RECOMMEND

La stanza è molto pulita. Il letto è sul mare. Poi si possono vedere il mare aperto agli occhi. Il primo piano è una piscina. Ci sono persone che puliscono ogni giorno. Ci sono due posti di bagno nel bagno. Il fondo dell'hotel è il lato del mare. Anche vicino alla foresta di gioielli, ci sono molti posti per mangiare vicino! Il personale di servizio è un grande uomo di Lanca locale, molto entusiasta e attento, consigliato!

Questo è il miglior posto che abbiamo mai soggiornato. È mai stato. Ci siamo trasferiti qui per 4 giorni all'inizio della luna di miele, e poi sono stati prenotati in un hotel 5 stelle (Anantara Peace Haven). Siamo letteralmente partiti presto da Anantara, nonostante il fatto che non fosse rimborsabile, e abbiamo prenotato due notti aggiuntive nei Giardini. Il posto è assolutamente bello, la zona di cena è vista sull'oceano, dove si possono vedere surf e giardino ogni notte, mentre si dispone di curry e vino. Le camere sono completamente uniche tra loro con incredibile attenzione ai dettagli. E poi ci muoviamo al servizio. Il personale è piccolo, e tu li conoscerai alla fine. Io li mancherò tutti. Dulshan il concierge è professionale, rilassato, gentile. Santun, Rex, Dean e Jayntha del personale del ristorante sono sempre positivi, attenti e lavorano molto duro. La cucina è meravigliosa con piatti Sri Lanka e occidentale. Siamo dagli Stati Uniti, e il suo lungo viaggio in Sri Lanka. Tuttavia, se torneremo, rimarremo certamente qui.

Il cibo qui era molto buono, il migliore Dhal che abbia mai avuto. Buona posizione e bella interiore dell'hotel. Le camere da letto sono necessarie per aggiornare (avevamo 106), ma abbiamo superato e apprezzato la nostra bella vista sul mare e balcone. Il aggiornamento in una suite è molto consigliato. La spiaggia qui è bella con un guardaroba, e l'uomo ha fatto la zona semi-lagoon proprio lungo la spiaggia rende la nuoto più sicuro e più facile. Super Beach Café vicino con cattura giornaliera di pesce e bevande morbide. Tutto il team al Cape di Garton è utile, felice e molto gentile. Taxi facile per il Galles per shopping, ma più vicino ci sono alcuni bellissimi bar di spiaggia e il bar/restaurante italiano Gelato a Ahangama. Molti studenti di anno di lacuna e tipi di surf divertenti.

環境一流，是一個度假髮呆的好地方，工作人員也特別友好熱情！我們是在加勒用打車軟件pick me打車過去的，後來又坐了公交車去美瑞莎，他們那邊的公交車，其實衹要不是上下班高峯期，條件也還過得去。比印度乾淨很多，說不定還會有驚喜

UUtente ospiteDopo aver avuto un cattivo altro posto, ho deciso di visitare tutti i luoghi all'interno della mia gamma di prezzi a Dickwella/hiritikeya prima di effettuare una prenotazione, e non ho trovato un posto unico comparabile alla villa di Surfbay! Il posto sembra come nelle foto (che lo mette lontano da ogni posto che ho visitato), è pulito, la doccia è grande, il letto è comodo, l'internet è buono come lo si trova in Sri Lanka, e ha una cucina attrezzata. È molto vicino al supermercato , ai mercati locali, ai ristoranti locali e alla spiaggia di Dickwella. Mi preoccupava un po’ di condividere la cucina perché mangio a casa e cucino ogni giorno, ma il proprietario era molto bello e utile, sempre assicurandomi di avere tutto quello che mi serviva. Ogni volta che ho chiesto se la cucina aveva qualcosa (come i cestini di magazzinaggio) e non l'aveva, era acquistato subito dopo. Inizialmente ero in programma di stare lì per un mese, ma il posto era così grande, ho finito di rimanere per tre, e l'ho usato come base per viaggiare intorno alla provincia meridionale. È anche a passeggiata dalla stazione di autobus, così è stato facile e conveniente! Vorrei poter dare più stelle!

UUtente ospiteQuesto posto era una gemma. Ci siamo trasferiti qui per tre notti nella settimana scorsa di marzo. Il nostro numero di stanza era il loro nome Triple O Six. Supponendo che sia la loro migliore stanza. La vista sull'oceano da questa stanza è stata fantastica. La camera da letto era molto spaziosa, con buoni accessori e un jacuzzi che faceva il mare. La gente che stava per mandare il desk era molto utile con le informazioni per pianificare i nostri viaggi intorno a Mirissa. La parte migliore era il loro ristorante. In generale, abbiamo avuto un'esperienza ingrassante con cibo a Mirissa, i tempi di attesa per ottenere i nostri ordini erano oltre un'ora, e i ristoranti vicini erano altamente classificati, ma avevano piccole porzioni o la qualità era sottostandard per il costo. Le recensioni online per le opzioni alimentari sembrano basate sulla nostra esperienza, l'unica eccezione è stata la deliziosa cibo che abbiamo provato a Surfing Wombat e il lungo tempo di attesa qui è stato portatile, dal momento che la nostra tavola ha una grande vista sugli oceani. Abbiamo deciso di provare il ristorante a Triple O Six. E' sul lato costoso, ma molto superiore ad altri luoghi vicini. In generale, abbiamo avuto una buona esperienza qui. L'unico con è che questo posto non è amico delle sedie a rotelle. C'è un volo delle scale all'ingresso della ricezione. Una signora con le ginocchia ha visto combattere le scale e non c'è accesso alternativo.

UUtente ospiteIl nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, pulito e tranquillo, e grande per rilassarsi. Ci è anche un spazioso balcone privato con vista su un giardino e palme, nonché AC. L'hotel è una pietra che viene gettata dalla spiaggia e dai ristoranti, ma il proprietario era molto amichevole, discreto e il colazione era semplice, ma delizioso - un omeletto srilancano (oppure volete le uova), nonché frutta fresca e tosta. Le camere sono esattamente come si immaginano, anche se da allora sono state installate docce più moderne. In generale, questa è una scelta molto buona se si cerca dove basi economiche a Mirissa.

JjainRajatExcellent location. Quite nearby to mirissa harbour and weligama. Liked the property. They arranged a candle lit dinner setting nearby beach as it was my honeymoon on request for no additional charges.
Liked the beach, the swimming facilities and the buffet for dinner as well as breakfast.
Arranged breakfast box as i had to go on whale watching and would have missed my breakfast.
Very nice staff.
Only thing they can improve is a bit quick on service as we had to call multiple times for getting our room cleaned.

Molto buono
TTraveling TanI enjoyed my time at Ara Beach Resort, thanks to its excellent location and the fabulous pool. The staff were friendly and added to the resort's pleasant atmosphere.
However, I'd suggest a little more focus on cleaning and keeping the buffet breakfast items hot. The food was delicious but consistently served cold.
With these small changes, Ara Beach Resort could be even more wonderful.

CClair SheehanIl Jaga Bay Resort è stato fantastico!Sono arrivato in città e il posto che ho prenotato non ha avuto la mia prenotazione e Jaga Bay è venuto al salvataggio.
Il proprietario Jaga sostiene i bambini locali con la loro istruzione attraverso le sue donazioni personali e quelle dei suoi ospiti passati. Una mattina ero un uomo di strutto, mentre una folla di donne e bambini aveva una piccola cerimonia e ringraziava Jaga. Mi ha spiegato che dal tsunami l'hotel e gli ospiti passati hanno sostenuto bambini orfani per finire la scuola. Sono rimasti solo due bambini, quindi ora sostengono i bambini locali in bisogno, il che mi ha reso il cuore così caldo che ho visto un sostegno e un apprezzamento così genuino con tutti gli altri.
Ero a Weiligama prima del matrimonio di un amico e aveva bisogno di un vestito per il mio Sari. La moglie di Jaga e la signora del principale ufficio sono andate sopra e oltre per me in nuovi anni ...I è riuscito a trovare un fantastico adattatore, tuktuk di guida personalizzato e servizio di prima classe ...e la migliore vista del colazione!

UUtente ospiteCentral Beach Inn has a bunch of different room types at different price points. We stayed in the deluxe balcony with AC. Overall the room was ok and a decent size. My friend had issues with the bathroom door since it is very short and he is 6’1” (he hit his head several times). The room has a sort of colonial romantic feel with dark wood furniture and a four-poster bed with white mosquito netting. Standard amenities – WiFi, safe, small fridge, overhead fan, mini bar (electric kettle and coffee/tea), and toiletries. The steps to the balcony were very steep with a higher than normal rise and were shared with one other unit. A basin with water was on the landing for the stairs so that you could wash off sand from your feet. A gate was at base of the stairs. Breakfast was not included, and we did not eat at the restaurant. We did not have the room serviced while there by choice, but I think you have to ask if you want it cleaned. Comparison time: We stayed at two places in Mirissa Beach – Central Beach and Dream Palace. The two hotels are back-to-back with Central taking the beachfront and Dream Palace taking the street front. They both have their pros and cons. The rooms were significantly nicer and cleaner at Dream Palace, but I liked mattress better at Central as it was a little less hard. Both places had the same room amenities. You hear the music from the beach nightclubs at Central whereas you get the early morning beeping and bread-tuk tuk music from the street at Dream Palace (although the rear rooms are much quieter). Central is beach front and Dream Palace means that you walk through another hotel, for which the gates may all be locked after 1:00 am (be warned!). You will have to climb stairs at Dream Palace, but you can get a ground level room at Central. The service was significantly better and much more friendly at Dream Palace (family run) compared to the more business feel of Central. Central has a full restaurant and Dream Palace does not. The WiFi was somewhat stronger at Central and allowed for internet phone calls. Dream Palace is more budget friendly since it is not beachfront. As for Mirissa Beach itself, the beach is beautiful! The waves are very large and consistently frequent which means they may not be good for children or those who do not like to get batted around by waves. However, there is an area at the end of the beach by Parrot Rock with very gentle small waves that is good for kids. The beach is very busy all of the time and people come here for the nightlife. At least one restaurant a night turns into a club with a dj (until 3 or 4 am). At one end of the beach, they will put out these lit up frames that kind of look like giant eggbeaters out front of the bar that will be the club that night. They also have live music earlier in the evening at some of the other places. Mirissa Beach is a good central location on the south shore to make quick trips to Weligama (surfing) and Matara (city), and longer trips to Unawatuna

UUtente ospiteQuesto hotel era in una posizione molto bella. Avevamo accesso alla spiaggia direttamente attraverso il retro dell'hotel. Poi si può camminare lungo e raggiungere la spiaggia principale. Il personale è stato utile quando il potere nella nostra stanza non funzionava. Ci siamo trasferiti in una nuova stanza. Che si è rivelato molto meglio perché la prima stanza era infestata da anatre. Anatre in tutto il bagno, ingoiate, e sul pavimento lungo le pareti. Grande posizione, ma assicuratevi di controllare le anatre.
