Service was good. Facilities can be improved. Poor lighting in the rooms. Hand towels can be provided. Rooms can be checked to ensure that every thing is working well before the guests move in. Quality and taste of food need to be improved.

洗練された最高のホテルと最高のスタッフでした。 シギリヤに来たらここへ泊まるべきです。 朝食は種類も多くとても美味しかったです。 部屋の中にスリッパがあれば尚良いです。

房間有點不太滿意，空調有點響，牆上有空調流下的水泡過的痕跡。但是酒店環境不錯，綠化超好，泳池也很大，酒店裡還能見到很多動物，我帶着孩子在酒店裡玩了一個早上，看到動物她很開心

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet établissement et avons pu profiter de nos derniers moments au Sri Lanka jusqu’au bout grâce à un late check-out :) Tout le personnel est au petit soin, arrangent et efficace ! Le buffet est varié est adapté à plusieurs type de palais. Les chambres sont grandes, propres et bien équipées. Le GROS plus de cet hôtel est la magnifique piscine qui est à une température idéale !

很美的酒店可以看到獅子巖。如果不喜歡木頭味，推薦住普通小平層的房子，建議住二樓，安靜比較無一些蚊蟲。

ほぼ全てが最高クラスのお宿です。 ２日以上宿泊してのんびり過ごすのがベストです。 アーユルヴェーダの予約は早くしておかないと、予約で埋まってしまうようです。

La struttura è buona ma non un 4 stelle pieno! Piscina e area adiacente ottime, stanze da migliorare. Il cibo… discreto Nei due gg di soggiorno la colazione il secondo giorno nn era a buffet e il servizio è stato piuttosto lento. Il personale gentile, alcuni parlano un ottimo inglese.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo meraviglioso hotel solo per 2 notti ma sarei rimasta anche 1 mese. Personale gentilissimo e professionale, ringrazio tutti specialmente Pradeep e Dammika siete nel nostro cuore. Sicuramente ci torneremo l’anno prossimo!

My sister and I were super excited to stay in one of the greatest hotel and they absolutely went beyond our expectations!!! We had Ayurveda treatment, did some sports activities like badminton and table tennis, did yoga in the sacred rain (it was so stormy but even that was a magical experience!), and all the food we had here was amazing! We must thank ISHAN for everything he offered us during our stay. He arranged all the wonderful experiences for us and made sure we enjoyed every moment in Aliya spa & resort. His efficient support and heartwarming hospitality was everything we could wish for! ISHAN was the BEST!

Aliya Resort and Spa is a truly beautiful place that gave me an incredible sense of peace and freedom. Even though we hadn’t made a booking in advance, we were still able to get a room thanks to the great help we received from Heshan. Also, I must mention another highlight — the spa at this hotel is absolutely amazing! It’s the best spa experience I’ve had in Sri Lanka. I got my massage done by Madu, and it was exceptional. So, thank you very much, and I’m really looking forward to visiting again!!!
