Hotel prenotato per un evento al NEC. Posizione eccellente, colazione inclusa e ristorante all’interno. Soggiorno molto piacevole.

Can't fault it. Close to the airport. Good price. Breakfast was lovely. We would definitely stay there again.

Family room for 2 adults and a baby Excellent location Great breakfast Room was nippy. Temperature was set at 24°C and couldn't be adjusted. Beddings were very dusty. Left there with a cold.

Nice place to stay. Only parking that we have to spend 15 pounds. It should offer free of charge for customers.

The hotel served its purpose and added a nice start, and end to our holiday. Thankfully the bed was comfy enough, and the shower was great. I would recommend larger hand towels though, for people who have long hair to be able to wrap around their hair, when the get out of the shower. We certainly recommend staying here as it is close to both the airport, and the NEC. All the staff we met were friendly, and they helped make our stay very pleasant. We had both breakfast and dinner here and the food was tasty enough. There wasn't a huge choice, but we both found something we fancied and enjoyed. We have no qualms staying here again.

I booked on Trip.com a month ago, I paid the full amount already, but when I arrived at the hotel, the lady at the reception charged me again. I checked my bank account, and it has been paid. Luckily when I went back down to reception, they gave me a refund. Other than this incident, everything was fine, the room is spacious and clean.

The room wasn't properly clean as under the bed it was dusty and some paper sheets. I regret not taking some pictures to certify my review.

Fairly basic standard hotel. Not our taste in decor. Breakfast passable. Bar drinks poor choice. Staff friendly but indifferent.

Pretty standard hotel, very clean and presentable, only a short walk from the airport as it is only across the road.

Hotel very convenient to NEC. Also had EV chargers which was extremely helpful and we could leave the car parked until we finished at the show the following day after check out for £15. Breakfast options including vegetarian if asked for.

Hotel was fine for my needs, breakfast was ok but appeared to be overcooked.

Within a 5 minute walk from the train station, decent hotel, restaurant and bar is reasonably small but doesn’t feel packed or crowded. Breakfast was nice. Parking, not used by us, appears expensive at £15 per night if you stay here.

Arrived at the hotel. Looked lovely and clean in reception area. Parking fee was reasonable for 24 hours at £15. Room wasn’t massive but had every thing I needed for one night. Bed was super comfy. Pillows could have been better. A little bit lumpy for my liking. Bar area was clean and bright. Also had a nice garden area for sitting outside. Only thing I wasn’t keen on was the only way to contact reception was via WhatsApp and when I did - no response so had to go to reception. Problem was solved very quickly but would have preferred not to have had to go downstairs myself. They have no phones in the rooms any more. Would stay here again.
