Très déçu par ce « 3 étoiles ». Petit lit pour deux personnes . Matelas inconfortable. Petite télé . Prix élevé pour les prestations . On entend la circulation extérieure. Petit dej pas très varié !! Je lui décerne avec gentillesse un deux étoiles mais cela ne vaut pas plus.

很差的位置、洒店在很遠的距離、地鐵站🚉行15分鐘左右、行李不能、附近的環境不好、感覺好似去咗油麻地上海街⋯⋯！前台的服務員💁‍♂️只是一個人、我入去洒店房間冷氣有問題🤨、及有一些難以形容的氣味⋯⋯即時通知你們退款的！很兇布 不要推介給下一個香港人的 ！我是他的酒店集團的會員！從來冇問題的！住過其他地方！ 感覺不好👎！ 要求你們幫忙轉移其他洒店的！ 洒店的服務員說冇問題、我要求退錢及轉換其他洒店！他說看有沒有其他空房換給我！ 我感覺哪一個房間是🈳️了很久的！壞咗冷氣！不能住的！收110歐元的一個晩上！🉑️怕！

I have just completed a five day stay at this hotel and I was extremely happy. It is in a good location for a tourist - close to the metro line and only about a 20 minute walk from the old port. Every member of staff I came into contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was a a decent size and had everything I needed, including good Wi-Fi. Breakfast was the usual continental and very good. I highly recommend Ibis Styles!😁😁😁

Hotel is simple, walkable distance from the metro, room was small but cleaned every day. They don't have some garbage bin in the room, only in the bath, so we collected plastic bottles and packages in a separate package and left in the corridor. It was cleaned the next day. Shutters at night make it possible to avoid street light in the room. But they don't protect from the noise. It's a busy street hotel is facing. Breakfast is also very "croissant and coffee" oriented but it's almost everywhere in France the same situation. But dining zone is cosy and relaxed. I had my birthday on the day of arrival. But i didn't get any greeting from the woman at the reception. My passport was checked though. For a hotel it doesn't cost much to pay more attention to details like this. Wi-fi has very stupid and old fashioned way of registering via email. I don't want to reveal my email and get lots of spam afterwards. Can i just get a password? It was anyway slow. I was using mobile internet instead.

Lovely hotel situated close to the metro line. The room was lovely. Quiet neighbourhood. The lady at reception Maryelle was so pleasant and offered assistance on things to do and see in the area. Would recommend if visiting M****ille. Breakfast was a continental style with fresh pastries and coffee.

Booked into Hotel, reception staff very friendly, I complained for 2 days about the A/C not working.On the 3rd day it was working fine, overnight they turned it down again so I woke up bathed in sweat.Overall the hotel is tired and the local area is a ghetto with tramps dossing on the pavement outside.Never again.

I regularly stay at Ibis Styles hotels in France and this one was more like an Ibis Budget in all aspects (except breakfast a bit better than Ibis Budget). Room was tiny, couldnt even open my luggage in the room and the wifi was too slow.
