Le staff de l'hôtel est très sympa et gentille et surtout à l'écoute des clients , parmi eux madame Imen, monsieur Anouar, Ridha, Mustapaha etc! Je conseille vivement cet hôtel !!

Siamo venuti all'hotel a più di 10 persone. L'accoglienza è fantastica. Le persone sorridono e dicono sì a tutto senza nemmeno a volte capire. Siamo arrivati alle 19:30 e la nostra camera era a metà fatto. Non potevamo fare una doccia perché non avevano posato i portatili. La signora nel corridoio aveva rifiutato di darli. Ha preferito discutere su WhatsApp. Le camere non sono mai pronte prima 16 17h. Immagina quando sei scappato tutto il giorno e vuoi solo fare una doccia, ma non è possibile perché la camera non è pronta. Il servizio estetico in basso è a fuggire. Ho fatto la mia cura nel hall e visto che la estetica era lunga (un taxi l'attendeva 1 ora dopo) non ho avuto la totalità della mia prestazione ma ho dovuto pagare la TOTALE. In breve, vado un 5/10 perché il posto è simpatico e tranquillo. Il servizio deve essere seriamente rivisto.

Francamente, non merita nemmeno 3 stelle, se vuoi uno. Ain de boue aller à la piscine le tour de celleci est déguelasse par un gazon non entretenu, vos pieds baigne dans la boue pour ensuite rentrer dans la piscine, en ce qui concerne la propreté des couloirs et chambre, c’est regrettable, Nel bagno del moisi ovunque, poi per quanto riguarda il colazione non è caro ma capirete perché rapidamente, vi o serie di degeulasse senza gusto, nessun pancake, n’y crepe pour les enfants , e le mus pour un hôtel il n’ont pas de Nutella mdrrr, franchè cercare su Kech ci sono altri hotel un po’ più cari, ma comprendono perché alla fine, non consiglio di tutti, a fuggire, Non si fida alle foto su tutti i siti È stato all’apertura dell’hotel diversi anni fa.

I rarely take the time to review but I felt some reviews were unfair. I was worried after reading the reviews after I had booked. I think most are unfair. I think people are confusing this for a 5* The prices for a couple are a little more than you would pay for a shared room in a hostel. The hotel is basic and was more than adequate for our stay. contrary to some reviews I found the staff very friendly and polite. The breakfast is basic and buffet style. A selection of 3 types of bread, boiled eggs, Green tea, coffee, pastries , Cakes, juice, msemen, cereal and a microwave to warm things if you need to. The hotel is slightly further than most but perfectly accessible. 10 minutes in taxi 13-15drh in day 30dh at night £1.5-£3 cheap. Taxis easily flagged down on the main road opposite. language is possibly an issue as other than 1 or 2 they dont really speak english. They were upfront about pricing and whilst some things they do try charging a premium for in comparison with the shops outside they are not too dear. Like everything in Marrakesh be streetsmart, ask for clarification of charges and question any charges you feel are incorrect. I was asked to pay taxes on my checkout and I had already paid it on arrival. I questioned it and he quickly corrected his error. whether he was hustling or just made an error I dont know but he was polite and corrected himself. From the old pictures on websites and from the foyer it is obvious that this place was once quite nice. it is at present tired and needs a refurb but this is reflected in the price. This is Marrakesh, the hustle is real. do your research and book something that is appropriate for you in your budget. dont book 3 star and expect 5 star. hope this helps someone considering booking I enjoyed my stay.

Rimasto all'hotel per 6 notti . L'hotel è vicino a tutte le attrazioni e le attrazioni locali . Ristoranti sono a buon mercato con una buona varietà di cibo. L'hotel stesso è pulito e direi che è pari a 5 stelle a Marrakech. Il personale è stato sorprendente e molto utile soprattutto Mehdi Yasser : manager di ufficio frontale Nora : ricevitore Yassine : uomo di piscina Inoltre, ci sono state molte attività nella piscina dell'hotel fino al giorno con la squadra di piscina che vi ha divertiti attraverso il giorno e anche fornire intrattenimento serale . Se siete dopo qualcosa che’s conveniente , pulito e amichevole questo è sicuramente un luogo per soggiornare a Marrakech . Grazie al team Wazo per rendere questo soggiorno piacevole e divertente . X

This is my favourite Oasis when I'm in Marrakech. Calm, big rooms, big pool and pool area. Very friendly staff. I have stayed here many times and I can really recommend it. Love the tranquillity here and the big lounge areas. Near to Gueliz.
