The Riad is beautiful and very well kept. The staff is very nice, smiling and efficient with helping with taxis and porters. There’s a 5 to 10 min walk in the small alleys to reach restaurants and shops and the centre of the Medina. At first it might seem hard to remember the road but after a couple of times you’ll be familiar. Breakfast is great and we slept very well in the quiet atmosphere of the riad.

La struttura è bella, le camere sono molto carine e pulite. Peccato però per la posizione che è veramente pericolosa, soprattutto per i turisti… la strada per arrivare al Riad è peggio di un labirinto, completamente al buio, dove ci sono solo persone del posto che non parlano la tua lingua e che ti molestano facendoti credere di aver sbagliato strada così ti costringono di seguirli per poi pagarli. È davvero un peccato ma non ci si sente sicuri. Le attrazioni sono tutte a 10 minuti a piedi, peccato però che il percorso sia questo. Consiglio vivamente zone più centrali, tipo vicino alla piazza delle spezie, dove si può tornare a piedi anche la sera in tranquillità.

What a beautiful riad! We had a wonderful stay here. Rooms were lovely and the staff were there for our every need. Great location for getting around the medina but so peaceful when you’re there. Wonderful! Thank you.

We travelled with a bunch for friends to Marrakech hoping for a great time and we were not disappointed. We had a wonderful weekend at Rhiad Tzarra. The rhiad was beautiful and tranquil and in a perfect location for seeing the sights and markets, the service was excellent and the staff could not have been more helpful. Hoping for make this an annual trip. Ros O

We were staying at another of the charming hotels in this group of three, but went to join friends for breakfast one morning on the roof terrace at Riad Tzarra. A building with great old world features & charm. It was a fabulous feast … succulent fruits, jams, fig preserve & honey, warm Hobbs which are delicious Moroccan rolls, croissants, pancakes with eggs any style! A great way to start our day which was packed with fun shopping and bartering in the souks, plus a crazy camel ride too.

What a beautiful riad it was a perfect choice ! Staff, room, food, location and value for money all exemplary. Nothing was too much, they organised cabs, restaurants, camel and balloon rides even an afternoon at a country club lying by a beautiful pool. Plan to return still so much to see and experience !

We have just returned from a long weekend staying in Riad Tzarra. This Riad is just stunning, calming, clean and tastefully decorated. Our bedroom was spacious and extremely comfortable with an ensuite bathroom which was so authentic. All of the staff were so attentive. Absolutely nothing was a problem. We had breakfast each morning on the terrace where we were so spoilt for choice with everything so fresh and wonderfully presented. What a fabulous place to stay.

We enjoyed a very relaxing stay made possible by first class staff who always wanted to please. A quiet location yet very handy for the souks and all the main attractions in the Medina. Excellent breakfasts served on the roof terrace had plenty of options and set us nicely for the day.

Had the best weekend at Riad Tzara, a beautifully comfortable Riad with very smiley and attentive staff. Breakfast was always amazing as were the evening drinks and nibbles - will definitely return!
