This year is my first time visiting Marrakech with my family;I wish I had come to Belive sooner.The hotel itself is second to none, the pools are extremely clean and peaceful with a variety of water sports to keep you entertained.My daughter particularly enjoyed the water polo and I was kept on my toes with the challenge of aqua aerobics.The pool bar was one of my personal favourite features of the hotel, especially as the staff ,not only in the bar but across the entire hotel, were so lovely and accomodating.The snack bar is particularly convenient, they serve a good variety of cocktails and soft beverages as well as delicious burgers,paninis,sandwiches and salads.I must give a special mention to Oualid, Doha,Rachid and Achraf for their excellent service and hospitality throughout the entirety of my stay.The lobby bar provided my wife with the special request of 'english tea' and is open in the evening for drinks to be enjoyed whilst watching the night entertainment.We had so much fun seeing the dancers, the DJ party and Live karaoke.The reception team are available hand and foot to aid any request big or small. Their 24/7 service was a lifesaver especially when my kids inevitably mixed up or lost their key cards. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is in need to truly unwind and turn off... and be in a kiddie free zone Haha. Belive it has been a pleasure!

The bar is very good all staff are really attentive to your needs, different entertainment every night various pool activities throughout the day which gets people up and involved, loved every minute of it. Would definitely come again had a brilliant time

Me and my partner spent 5 nights here and loved it. Never stayed at an adult only hotel and would highly recommend it as a different vibe. It's mainly a relaxing holiday, so most spent by the pool. Upon arrival, we were helped at the gate with our cases, and the reception staff were helpful and friendly. We were given some tea and a cake. We had to wait about over 3 hours for our room to be ready, which was a setback as we just wanted to get sorted and settled and shower and enjoy the day. After 3 hours, we went back and was told that they were still not ready in the end. They had the stuff sitting on the desk, and they never called us to go to the room, so it was annoying. Once in the room, I found it very comfortable. Decent sized room, had a fridge, and boiled water daily. Had a tea and coffee making set..bathroom was lovely with a step in shower and a bath, which was separate but never used this as we could not get the tap to work. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding. They had 2 outdoor pools..the one near the snack bar mainly had music and daily activities but the other pool was mainly quite.. both had plenty of sunbeds. Staff were happy to help to get a bed or for things to be moved. The quiet pool had a swim up bar. Sadly, you may have to wait. The guy behind it is lovely, but it is a tad slow paced and on his own, so pick your times. The food was nice but could be hit and miss. We mainly had breakfast and dinner in the buffet and lunch by the snack bar.. Breakfast is nice with coffee and tea and juices. Loads of options with eggs, breads, pastry, fruits, and more. Dinner was hit and miss depending on what you like..staff are friendly and helpful but did find that at times we had to sit a while for staff to give us a drink. At the snack bar, you can have late breakfast and lunch with sandwiches, pizzas, and burgers. Food is nice but we had a good day but someday it could take forever to.get our.food. we found one guy who works at the snack bar could be rude at times and did not understand and seems to make his own rules as he.goes. one day he gave us 2 beers and another drink..another day I asked the same and he told me its a drink per person. Entertainment in the evening was very Good but could be hit and miss depending on what you like and some evenings could be better than others. We never used the spa or the sports bar but otherwise everything else was fine.

Amazing hotel , I went solo for my 20th birthday and enjoyed every second. The staff are amazing and look after you throughout . A special shout out to Mourad for the amazing restaurant experience, he suprised me with a delicious cake. Very grateful.

We’ve just had a 10 day holiday here and had a lovely break. Our room was amazing, spacious with a big terrace and very good air con! Our first room had a strong smell to it when we checked in which we mentioned to reception and they put us in a different room without any fuss. They were cleaned daily to a very good standard, toilet rolls, water topped up and the room cleaned perfectly and decorated with towel art! The staff here are amazing and are a massive credit to the hotel! Special mention to MoMo at the quiet pool- couldn’t do enough to help us, having a chat and constantly checking if guests need help with umbrellas etc. Zizo at the lobby bar is brilliant, flies round bringing drinks all night! Rachid is also great and works very hard and Illyas at the snack bar. I didn’t get everyone’s names but the other guys at the lobby bar are fantastic and after a few days knew our drinks order before we’d even asked for them! Food was really good here! Lots of choice and very tasty! We also had a meal at the a la carte which was amazing and the staff fantastic here! Snack bar good too for late breakfast and lunch. Staff also great here. The hotel itself is immaculate too! Cleaners, gardeners always working heard and keeping the place beautiful. Manager always seemed to be present and helping out which was also good. Only downsides would be : ⁃ Pool swim up bar is very slow with no customer service! Which is a shame as all other staff brilliant. ⁃ Pool could do with a bit of a freshen up with the tiles (quiet pool- we didn’t use the activity pool so can’t comment on this) ⁃ Drinks very weak! Cocktails and any spirit/ mixer hardly any alcohol in them. (However most of cocktails tasted very nice especially the mojitos and surprise cocktails!) ⁃ No where to walk, nothing outside of the hotel so quite restricted (town is about 15 mins away in taxi but highly recommend visiting the souks for the experience!) but this hotel is perfect if you just want to chill by the pool. Overall we had a lovely stay but just needs a couple tweaks to make it 5 star ❤️
