We have been to Murano and it was quite different from many places I’ve been before in Marrakech. The pool is calm and clean, the food is delicious and the staff was so nice, professional and welcoming! Will definitely come back again

Poor room conditions, air condition didn’t work well. Complained but no better room provided. This was in the peak of summer heat. I do not Rev commend this hotel if you like your comfort There are better options

We’ve been staying at Les Deux Tours opposite and were looking for somewhere else to eat locally when we approached the team at Murano. They booked us in for dinner and couldn’t have been more accommodating. The food was tasty and the service excellent.

I had my birthday in Morocco and at least 5 of my guests stayed at this hotel. In the summer months, the hotel's air conditioning did not work, no wifi in the rooms, one room's toilet did not work. My guests were all very uncomfortable and reported this to the receptionist. We heard this problem with AC and wifi had existed for about a week. My guests checked out one by one to a neighboring hotel. Very poor customer service when the issues were reported, the receptionist just said he understood our complaint but could not do anything about it.

Spent 4 days here to attend a near by wedding (actually it was next door)! Wonderful rooms incredibly clean and very spacious! Beds remade each day and an obvious clean around. There was a local cat that was mooching around which i loved and we found a tortoise (if you keep an eye peeled you will spot them) food was brilliant also and we ordered beers to the pool quite frequent which arrived fast/ all in all 10/10 x☺️❤️

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding at a nearby hotel. The staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble even arranged for an early breakfast on our final day before our transfer to the airport.

Séjour parfait au sein de l'hôtel Murano, lequipe est aux petits soins pour vous.... nous remercions Youcef, samira et Fatima pour votre accueil et votre bienveillance envers nos enfants. L'emplacement, la chambre, la piscine et le petit déjeuner sont au top !!!! En famille pour se détendre c'est Parfait. Nous reviendrons très vite. Alain.

Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel Murano , à peine arrivés , nous étions déjà sous le charme… la décoration magnifique… je suis venue pour mon anniversaire en famille et quelle belle surprise qui m’a t’en émue quand tous le staff est arrivé au bord de la piscine en me souhaitant mon anniversaire avec un magnifique gâteau et une bouteille de champagne… je ne m’y attendais pas…que dire de plus, que du bonheur ! J’y retourne directement à ma prochaine venue à Marrakech, c’est à dire en novembre ! J’ai adoré et n’hésitez pas a découvrir ce bel endroit magique, vous ne serez pas déçu ! Encore un grand merci pour votre accueil qui m’a fait chaud au cœur après ce Covid qui nous a empêché de découvrir ce bel endroit… à très très vite ! Florence Collet

Nous avons payé un taxi pour nous amener passer la journée à l’hôtel Murano et profiter de sa belle piscine rouge. Lorsque nous avons voulu rentrer le gardien nous a annoncé que l’hôtel était fermé pour travaux ! Manque de chance notre taxi était reparti… Il nous a donc fallu retrouver un taxi Chose difficile dans la palmeraie… Heureusement l’hôtel en face était ouvert et a pu nous appeler un taxi par contre nous avons non seulement perdu du temps mais en plus dépenser de l’argent pour rien. Il aurait été très appréciable que ce soit écrit sur votre site Internet que l’hôtel est actuellement fermé ! Et le pire dans tout ça c’est que sur votre site on peut louer une chambre en ce moment même alors que vous êtes fermés alors je ne comprends pas bien comment vous fonctionnez mais en tout cas pas l’endroit…
