Risposta dalla struttura: As you know, we attach great importance not only to the dishes we offer, but also to our clients' satisfaction. I'm sorry and saddened by your remarks which, as you may have noticed, dont't reflect the usual comments on our restaurant. This being said, you were right and I thank you for sharing your sentiment with us, as difficult as it is for us to read. No one can claim perfection and a mistake in the kitchen can happen. In this case, our service personnel make it their duty to listen and to offer the best solution. I can only regret with you that you did not call the Chef or the staff to inform them of your dissatisfactioh. They would have immediately made sure that you were satisfied. However, allow me to make few clarifications: our Moroccan salads have 7 components of which only 2 are sweet. The fish tagine is based on a salty Moroccan sauce and contains the following vegetables: potatoes, carrots, peppers, tomatoes and lemon. Our dishes are entirely made in our kitchen with fresh quality produce. It is moreover, I dare to assume, our good reputation which brought you to us and I want to believe that it is not completely usurped... I would like to ask you not to stay on this bad impression and come back to Les Jardins de la Médina on your next visit to Marrakech. I will personally make sure that your next meal will be perfect in every way!
