Posizione incredibile sul West lake per un albergo moderno e impeccabile. Alla reception ci hanno aiutato a prendere i biglietti per il giorno stesso dello spettacolo sul lago. Gentilissimi e perfetti.

Hotel con una posizione molto, molto buona. Xihu è proprio dietro l'hotel. L'area dello shopping al 77 si trova proprio accanto all'hotel. Molti negozi dove mangiare. Il ristorante 杭州酒家si trova sul lato destro dell'hotel.

WE EXTENDED OUR STAY, needless to say more… This hotel is on TOP of our staying list throughout the whole two weeks holiday in China. So so spacious for four of us. The room has two separate areas, each has it own bathrooms. Nice view over seeing the lake. It is right next to 西湖 and all the shopping malls…. Even close to 河坊街 and etc… Breakfast can only considered acceptable though. Just the location and the room, i would return for it. highly recommended

This hotel is really close to the West Lake, absolutely prime location. Moreover, it’s located around the shopping mall area. Really convenient to find things around the hotel. It’s also very close to metro station. The room is clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel for someone who will visit Hangzhou for the first time.

First hotel in China and i can say that the hotel is amazing. The night receptionist 陈先生 did his very best in helping us. The first day we have trouble using the washer and he helped us to figure out what happen. And there was this incident that our taobao parcels went missing, he even put extra effort to contact the delivery guy and handover to the next morning reception to follow up on the case. We received the parcel just before checked out. (P.s. it’s the delivery guy’s fault, he delivered the wrong parcel) A full salute to him!! Hotel is fully equipped with drinking waters to let us stay hydrated. The room and bathroom is clean, location is also good which is just next to Xihu. Once again, thanks to 陈先生 who helped us a lot. Really enjoyed our stay here, will definitely choose this hotel again!

Great location, just few steps to the West Lake, shopping centers, nite market, restaurants. The hotel have car service for 299 yuans for around 4 hours. The driver will drive you to special sightseeings like Lingyin pagoda, Liuhe tower temple, Longjing Tea fields. So convenient and suitalble for people who do not have much time but want to know the city.

The best location and friendly staff. Really enjoyed my staying there, value for money. Highly recommended!!!

Very pleasant and enjoyable stay at the Ren He Hotel. Large and spacious rooms for 4 adults overlooking Xi Lake and nearby many popular food spots and stores in a very busy tourist area. Breakfast buffet was high quality with many options. Staff were friendly and hospitable and helped us with where to explore in the area. High recommend and would book again if we ever visit Hangzhou. 👍

Very good location and ideal for both business and family travellers. Breakfast can be better, and smoking in hotel should be prohibited.

We arrived there around 8 o’clock in the morning, knowing that it’s not check-in time until 2 o’clock in the afternoon. We appreciated they let us keep the luggage. And we were told that the room would be ready around noon. However, even though we got back to the hotel after 2 o’clock in the afternoon, the room was still not ready. We needed to wait for over 30 minutes. Another day, after we went out and got back to the room, it was like half-cleaned and half-tidied. Anyway, things we like about this hotel are the location and giveaway bottled water at the elevator waiting area. It’s so close to the West Lake. And the reception staff are helpful.

**Pros:** The hotel is conveniently located, just a 2-minute walk from West Lake, with many nearby dining options. **Cons:** This is not a non-smoking hotel, so there is a noticeable smell of smoke in the room. The shower area in the bathroom is narrow, with low water pressure and inconsistent water temperature. Hot water often turns cold midway through a shower.
