The Oberoi Marrakech

As very seasoned travelers, my family and I enjoy exploring the most amazing resorts and hotels around the world, which we look at with a very discriminating eye. For the Oberoi Marrakesh, it is truly difficult to find fault. The hotel, relatively new, is simply stunning with the impressive lobby and villas, as well as expansive gardens with 2700 olive trees. The acting General Manager Mamdouh is the perfect and consummate hotelier, ever present checking everything non-stop, to ensure the guest experience is nothing less than 5-stars. Jalal from their F&B outlet surprised us with an entire loaf of lemon cake to take back to London that was not available on two breakfasts which we sore missed after our first breakfast. El Habib is an amazing server ready to grant you at least three wishes with his magic lamp! Khalid the Duty Manager also asks non-stop how they can improve a service that is already par excellence. Our hats off to the amazing pastry chef who makes baked goods that rival the best Parisian patisserie. I saw the two staff who cleaned every machine in the fitness center using four sprays leaving neither dust nor germ —- they focus on the minutest detail. The whole team is just extremely well-trained and professional and very committed in their desire to exceed your expectations. The synchronization of their efforts, in the most natural and sincere manner, always with big smiles, translates to nothing less than less than a truly memorable experience. They know how to make you feel like Arab royalty! We will certainly be back!!! Thank you so much to all of you!!! Shukran! If you want that “palace in the middle of the oasis experience” in Marrakesh, you will not get it any better than at the Oberoi!

A lovely property with friendly and courteous staff. We stayed for 4 days and were very well looked after. The space, the greenery and the restaurants were all lovely.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Oberoi Hotel in Marrakech, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The rooms were absolutely spotless—there was no dust in sight. The room supervisor's meticulous attention to detail was impressive; not a single hair strand or speck of dust escaped his notice. I've stayed at many hotels, but the cleanliness here was unparalleled. The hotel itself is one of the prettiest I’ve ever visited. The aesthetics are stunning, and every corner of the property exudes luxury and elegance. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their warmth and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the standout features of the Oberoi Hotel is their airport transfer service. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport with utmost ease. Our driver was not only courteous but also very informative, sharing interesting facts about Marrakech during the ride. It felt like we had our own little tour guide! Absolutely world class and beautiful resort on the outskirts of Marrakesh. It is hard to compare it to anything else i have ever been to. I can find virtually no fault with this place. My only regret was that i did not stay longer. If you are reading this review, and are hesitating, dont. Just go.
