The terrible hotel as I hv booked 3 rooms but it turns up given 2 rooms to stay at this hotel. The 3 rd room was located in another hotel which was located 5 minutes away without acknowledgement. Reason : current guest need to extend staying at the hotel. The worst is This 3rd room condition was not matched with my booking requirement. it was small, stuffy n smelly room.
End up, we need to book another room in other hotel for twice as it was peak season. My friend keep moving luggage from 2nd hotel to 3rd hotel. Is was a bad experience for my friend.

一家人出行，考慮到房間大點，活動空間大一點，在攜程上訂的是二天40平米的房。入住時發現房間僅能放一張雙人床和一個沙發床。並且沒有獨立衞生間，真的很不方便。和民俗的老闆溝通，他説衹有這個房間。不能退。
希望攜程能夠對民俗的房間進行審核。避免客户踩雷！
但是這個民俗的員工Abdessamad真的非常好。他打了幾份工，希望能去國外留學。凌晨5點送我們去車站。給他小費，推撤半天。最後我孩子強行塞進他的口袋。

So there is no frond desk and the manager forgot I was coming and I had to wait for an hour befor he got there to get in. The aria does not feel safe until you enter the dore of the place, the way there is very dirty and scared me. Felt like I was in a third word country, however once inside the place I felt very save and the place was nice. And the old man who worked there was very kind

nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce petit riad, à moins de 5 minutes de la place Jemaa el Fna donc idéalement situé. C'est un havre de paix et effectivement c'est le chant des oiseaux qui nous réveille. Outre le charmant accueil de Mohamed, le petit-déjeuner y est excellent avec jus d'orange pressé, yaourts et fruits viennoiseries et crêpes locales. La décoration est très soignee et sobre a la fois, le seul bémol est la petite salle de bains dans la chambre berbère, que nous avons occupée. Nous avons pu voir les autres chambres et les autres salles de bains sont très spacieuses, que dire de la grande suite..

Charmant Riad situé à 2 pas de la place Jemaa-El-Fna et des souks. La tranquillité du lieux est impressionnante, comparée à l'animation des rues à quelques pas de là! Malgré la chaleur de ce mois de mai, plus de 40C! le Riad reste bien au frais. Mohamed le gérant, nous à accueilli chaleureusement, il est toujours disponible, serviable et de bon conseil, toujours prêt à vous rendre service. Le reste du personnel est aussi d'une incroyable gentillesse! La cuisine y est également excellente, nous y avons mangé un fameux tajine le premier soir et l'on nous a servi le thé et désert sur la grande terrasse située au dernier étage. Petit déjeuner au top! Comme nous étions les seuls clients cette semaine là, nous nous y sentions comme à la maison! La suite Africa est très spacieuse et décorée avec goût, la literie très confortable. Nous avons passé un séjour idéal et nous recommandons fortement le Riad Dar Aman!

Je recommande vivement ce riad! Le personnel est aux petits soins,la cadre magnifique. Un vrai havre de paix. Placement excellent. J y retournerai avec grand plaisir. Excellente organisation, possibilité de demander conseils et visites de la medina par Mohamed. Il saura vous très bien vous conseiller pour votre visite.
