完全與照片和描述不符，沒有20平米大房間，衹有一個比保姆房還小的房間，擺了一張一米三的🛏️就沒有任何位置了，我圖上圈出的一切東西都不提供！桌椅衞浴櫃子一律沒有，將近0度也沒有空調，穿着外衣睡了整晚根本睡不好。而且床鋪也臟臟的，看着根本不想躺，因為太晚到這邊衹能湊活一下。千萬別來，名字是硬蹭另一家網紅民宿的，實際上天差地別。一晚上三四百在馬拉喀什能隨便定一家服務非常好的民俗了，千萬不能選這家👎🏻

Una estancia de 10. Personal atentisimo y siempre dispuestos. La ubicacion es excelente a 10’ a pie de las principales atracciones de la Medina. Aire acondicionado, wifi y preciosa terraza con vistas al atlas.

Sur le papier, tout y était. Sur le papier… s’il fallait donner un point positif, ce serait l’emplacement et la propreté. Pour le reste grosse déception ! Tout d’abord, ne surtout pas se fier aux photos ! 1. Il n’y a ni piscine, ni hammam, ni spa 2. Les chambres sont microscopiques, certaines aveugles, bruyantes et très sommaires 3. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas DU TOUT conforme aux photos. Pas de salade de fruits, pas d’œufs à la coque, pas de mélanges de pains en quantité ni de qualité, café médiocre, service très long… Énorme déception. 4. Il n’y a pas de terrasse privative par chambre. Les chambres ne sont pas nettoyées pendant le séjour, le papier toilette est insuffisant et n’est pas ajouté automatiquement. Dès le 1er jour les portes-savons sont tombés et vidés dans les douche, nous avons prévenu les hôtes, cela n’a pas été changé ni réparé du séjour. Nous sommes rentrés un soir, il nous a été demandé de ne pas faire de bruit alors qu’ils criaient sur la terrasse située sur le toit. Pour rentrer dans le Riad, il faut sonner à chaque fois, il n’y a pas d’accès autonome. L’hôtel se situe à proximité d’une route totalement défoncée, bruyante, dans un quartier mal fréquenté. Au moment du départ, nous devions imprimer les billets. Une fois édités, l’hôte nous demande 80 dirham (8€) pour 4 feuilles !… Il était également prévu que l’on nous accompagne jusqu’au chauffeur pour notre transfert vers l’aéroport, cela n’a pas été fait alors que nous ne situions pas le point de rdv. Bref, malgré un accueil de départ agréable, nous avons été extrêmement déçu par les photos et le descriptif mensongers sans oublier la malhonnêteté concernant les frais annexes non annoncés en amont. Je ne recommande pas ce « Riad » qui selon moi n’en est pas un…

Wezijn over de stad super tevreden en ook over de riad erg schoon Maar de bazin draagt schijnbaar de hulp op om te vragen of ze couscous moet maken maar dan wordt er niks over prijs grzegd heb je gegeten komen ze met de rekening en dat is niet netjes zeg dan van te voren we kinnen voor u koken en dat kost u een bepaald bedrag nu heb je het gevoel dat ze iets voor je willen doen en zonder iets te zeggen of van te voren aan te kondigen presenteren ze je de rekening Is toch andere gewoonte om om te gaan met klanten erg jammer

Great value stay. We booked our taxi with Love Holidays so met by lovely lady and checked in. Fab location near square and we walked to Gueliz and up to Nobu and the shopping centre . Don’t be put off by the walk down the back alley Riad is clean and only gripe would be the beds are rock hard and if you have the top room like we need you are literally under the roof terrace so a bit noisy at breakfast with the metal chairs dragging all that said as a budget stay very good

10/10. Me and My Mum loved this Riad, all the staff were amazing and super friendly. The Riad was very clean and Quirky which we loved! We had breakfast one morning which was so delicious! If I came back to Marrakesh I would definitely return to this Riad!

My husband, Son and I stayed at this traditional Riad for 3 nights in February 2023. Holiday was a taster break to see if we would like Marrakech. We were met by Agnes? at the main road by our Riad. Other staff at the Riad were attentive, lovely and helpful. We paid an additional 270 Dirham at the Riad for taxes (£22) Room was clean, alittle basic but everything we would need for a short break including great air conditioning. Shower was powerful and hot but the towels were past there best. Tap water could not be drunk, so we bought bottled water which was available everywhere. Breakfast was on the rooftop terrace, consisting of pancakes, mint tea, coffee, marmalade, olives, honey, cheese, fruit juice and breads, which was surprisingly filling. We didn't eat at the Riad, as we liked to taste the street foods. Wifi was poor in our room, but worked fine in the lounge area. Riad is centrally located and just a 5 minute walk to local cafes and restaurants, Jamaa El Fna square, souks and shops. Would definately stay here again.

This riad was ok, the room and bathroom were fairly modern however the bed was rock hard and the bathroom didn't have a working extractor fan or window so got very steamed up. Breakfast was advertised as being from 8am however no food appeared until 8:30am and some of us were in a rush to get a flight so that wasn't ideal. Also the riad is quite a walk from where a taxi can drop you off. Nice roof terrace.

Great place with very nice decoration and super clean also. It's very centric and close to many places of interest. The staff is super friendly and nice and they serve very good food too. They have a super cute rooftop
