Come da programma,io e la mia fidanzata siamo stati in questo riad per poi andare nel deserto..abbiamo trovato uno staff a dir poco familiare,sempre sorridenti, super disponibili per soddisfare ogni richiesta…siamo stati consigliati per ogni spesa fatta su quanto spendere,ci hanno consigliato i migliori ristoranti…il titolare è molto simpatico e cordiale e ogni sera passava del tempo con noi…e ovviamente un apprezzamento va a Jassine e Abdulla che sono diventati ottimi amici fin da subito… Ci torneremo sicuramente Bravi tutti!!!

What a gem in the heart of the Medina. Honestly could not be happier with my weekend at this Riad. Not only was the location amazing, but the place itself was excellent. Mohamed and Moad were great hosts keeping me informed and welcoming at all times. The breakfast and mint tea on the roof top is spectacular. So glad I chose this place.

Terrible place. Run away! The place is decadent with no pool (now is a rain water reservoir ) they overbook rooms so they give you whatever they have. And they try to trick you into believe that is like that. No jacuzzi, no bar… The place is a total scam! Good points : nice food and Muhammad (night manager) really helps you!

This is a traditional Riad with lovely roof terrace. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Our flight arrived late at night and they arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport and they then met us at the taxi and walked us to the Riad which we would not have found on our own in the dark. They were there to answer any questions and responded very quickly to WhatsApp messages both before and during our stay. The Riad is very well located just 5 minutes walk from the main square.

Really beautiful Riad. The owner Muhammed and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We went for our Honeymoon and were treated to cake and tea, amazing service and really nice touch. The water pressure and temperature in the bathroom could be better. We also weren't told we'd be paying for dinner one night as thought this was included as part of the service until the end of the stay, but the food was great all in all. Breakfast came in abundance. So much food so make sure you have an appetite. If you'd like henna done, ask one of the staff and tip them too. Location is fantastic. You have to go through a tunnel and a few smaller streets but it's just give minutes from Jemaa El F'na Square. Definitely recommend staying here!

We have booked and paid a deluxe room of 25 m2 and when we arrived late afternoon they informed us that our room was given to someone else and there weren’t any other deluxe rooms free. They gave to us a standard very small less than 10m2 one that there was no space to open our luggage. We had to jumb on the bed as there wasn’t any walkable space on the side. The bathroom was very very small. The ceiling was yellow from moisture. Plugs were broken and out of the position. The swimming pool they advertise is a decorative one and you can’t swim as it is very dirty and very small. The pictures of the Riad have nothing to do with the reality. The WiFi is very unstable and we paid 50 euros charged for data from our provider.

This was our first visit to a Riad, so we did not have any particular expectations. We were most impressed. The Riad itself is very attractive, well maintained and pleasant to be in. It has 9 rooms with ample open areas. Just as important, the level of service offered by the proprietor and his staff was of a very high standard. We ate there on two nights with other guests, and were very impressed by the meals - they compared very favourably (ie were better!!!) than a much more expensive (and highly rated) restaurant dinner we had on another night. Staying in a Riad (at least as we experienced it) is much less impersonal than staying in a hotel, and that may not necessarily be to everyone's taste. We were fortunate in finding new friends which undoubtedly added to our experience, but it would be perfectly possible to not engage with others if you chose. The Riad is quite close to Jemma el Fna (perhaps 5 minutes or so away), but off in a side area which is very quiet. We strongly recommend this Riad to anyone who might wish to visit Marrakech.

We hired the entire riad for a group of 9 friends. They helped us to plan and organise a range of activities both in advance and while we were there - from taxis to a hot air balloon to a spa, to a local hair salon, entertainment and a special celebration dinner at the riad etc. They could not have been more helpful! The riad is only 5 minutes from the central square and it’s easy to walk everywhere from there. It’s also a 5minute walk to the closest taxi rank and a member of the riad team would offer to walk us to and from the taxi point, especially when we returned late at night, which was very much appreciated. A great freshly cooked breakfast was served on the roof terrace every day at a time of our choosing and Moroccan mint tea (Moroccan whisky) was available whenever we wanted it. The riad team, especially Amin, Mohammed, and Abdul were super helpful and friendly, and there to help whenever we needed them. The cooks and housekeeper were also excellent. I’d highly recommend this riad! Good job!

amazing people - the staff here is most friendly and helpful people i’ve met in marrakech, especially the boss of the riad! He offered us a lot of help and we’re so much appreciated for it! superb location - nicely located very close to the median and square Last but not least, it is a very beautiful riad, i’d love to stay in the deluxe room next time when i come which was fully booked this time !!
