We had a wonderful experience staying at the Fairmont. The staff is super friendly and helpful. For instance, I left my Kindle at the hotel mistakenly, and the staff found it promptly and will most probably send it back. The facilities are beautiful and the spa is top quality. A terrific stay.

It is little bit far from the city center but hotel is amazing like a heaven on earth. Architecture and landscape is perfect. Spa personnel is not kind and friendly. And also there was a problem in the bathroom with water they waited for fixing and cleaning so long.

Un hotel excelente en todos los sentidos. El único defecto es la ubicación, ya que es necesario costear taxis continuamente para ir y volver a la ciudad de Marrakech (250DH-350DH) por trayecto. Por lo demás, personalmente, probablemente el mejor hotel de Marrakech, sencillamente espectacular!

Mini vacanza indimenticabile:dalla partenza all’arrivo in questo spettacolare hotel che subito ci ha conquistate :siamo arrivate presto la mattina e lo staff gentilissimo ci ha fatto accomodare nella lounge dell’hotel davanti ad un caminetto acceso (il primo giorno il tempo non era caldo) offrendoci due cocktail di benvenuto…poco dopo ci hanno portato con là golf car nella nostra camera situata al piano terra con giardino privato…e da lì ha avuto inizio la nostra super vacanza che non dimenticheremo…grazie fairmont ! Grazie al personale super gentile e professionale… Ps:Marrakesh bellissima città da visitare assoluto

Sono stato in questo splendido hotel per un evento organizzato in modo ineccepibile. La location è straordinaria ed io ho accompagnato due clienti che volevano assistere all'evento. Abbiamo potuto godere dello spettacolo grazie all'intervento risolutivo della signorina Morgane del management Food and beverage, fantastica problem solver. Ottimo il cocktail seguente e notevole la cena presso uno dei ristoranti: il DOMO, raffinato ristorante messicano. Essendo un operatore del settore ho apprezzato la professionalità dello staff e la qualità del servizio. Assolutamente consigliabile, all'altezza della fama del brand rappresentato.
