Palais Riad Razala & Spa

The Palais-riad Razala & Spa is a fabulous place to stay, close to busy area but very quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and always very pleasant, doing everything they could to ensure all guests were well looked after. Breakfast, lunch and dinner food was well prepared and well cooked, not a extensive choice but was very tasty. Thoroughly recommend the raid if you find yourself in Marrakesh

Road Razala is a quiet, calm and classy oasis in the fabulously busy city of Marrakech. Some things to note: 1. The service from the staff was top notch. Particular mentions to Hicham who makes the best tea in Morocco; his colleagues on reception and waiting, Toufiq, who walked us back to the gate with our luggage, Yousouf and Zachariah; Amin, the manager, who moved our booking due to a family bereavement; Kadija, for serving us breakfast on the roof terrace; Zahera, for scrubbing us all over in the hammam bath. The other staff were all friendly and helpful too. Sorry not to mention everyone by name. 2. We had full body massage and hammam bath in the riad on different days. Both were excellent and good value. 3. You can book dinner to eat on the roof before 4pm and they will make it especially for you. 4. Book the transfer direct from the airport, so the driver will call ahead and then one of the receptionists will come and meet you to walk you to the riad. Because it is in the medina, taxis can’t drive directly there, so it is much easier first time to have a walking companion. 5. The swimming pool is open from 10am daily and is heated to a comfortable temperature. It is just about long enough to have a proper swim in it, admittedly with lots of turning. 6. The riad is immaculately clean and a nice touch is the robes and swimming towels available for use, as well as complimentary bottles of water each day. 7. It is about 20 minutes walk to the main square which means you walk through a community neighbourhood first and then get to the touristy part before the square. It is pretty much straight there and there are lots of local shops and stalls along the way. We were happy walking day and night in the area. 8. We were asked to pay cash for all our extras, which was fine as we found the cash point at the post office in the main square so we could settle up on the last day. 9. If you are thinking about any tours, look at the Get Your Guide app. We did the Night Food Tour of the Souk, which was excellent and the 3 day tour to Ifrane, Fes, Chefchaouen, Rabat and Casablanca, which was a lot of driving in the minibus, but it was really worth it! 10. If we ever come back to Marrakech, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone the whole team for making it such a fabulous stay ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩

The hotel was beautiful and charming on the inside, while, in the cultural tradition, very modest on the outside. We had a wonderful, inexpensive but elegant dinner in the small dining room and several drinks at the pool bar on the roof with bartender/waiter Usama, who was delightful. We also loved the proprietor, Bouba. Everyone was warm and friendly. Our room was palacial and unique, with a huge, very enjoyable jacuzzi tub. We felt simultaneously like royalty and family! It exceeded every expectation! Excellent all around!

We stayed in the Royal Suite for 2 nights and it is PERFECT! We actually couldn't fault anything during our stay. All the staff we met were amazing! Boubker will do anything for you, he speaks great English and was always there if we needed anything. The barman was so lovely too and made us spme amazing cocktails and drinks, very talented barman. The hotel should be proud of their staff for all their hard work, it was certainly noticed. The place was incredible. Huge bed, hot tub in our room, roof top pool, sun loungers, amazing food, drink and service, I would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks for an amazing stay!

The perfection itself. If you are looking for a place to stay in Marrakech; this is the very best I stayed there with my fiance for a week. In this case...reality is much better than social media . The place is stunning; super cleaned and with good taste in decorations; all of them chosen by Matthieu; the gentel owner we have the chance to meet. However; a nice and beautiful place is nothing without a crew to take care of it. For this; I can say I never find a more capable and gentel staff as the guys of the Riad. Bouchra, Fatimzahra, Halima, Anissa, Youssef, Mohamed, Ayoub, Amine...to all fo you guys...my congratulations on you daily work. For every single thing we need, they were always ready to help us (dinner; early breakfast; excursions; transfers or taxi; suggestions and advice to move around).

I spent a week at Razala with my fiancé, and had a fantastic time. The Palais is an oasis of peace and luxury in the Medina, with all the facilities one could wish for to turn one's stay into a daydream: the heated swimming pool, the terrace overlooking the city, the SPA... We stayed in the Suite with Jacuzzi, and we couldn't have asked for better! The cuisine is also amazing: the best we have tasted in Marrakech! Last and most important, the staff made our stay unforgettable: starting with Amine, who was always friendly and professional even before we arrived, and the entire staff, who was great and super nice as well: Bouchra, Fatimzahra, Halima, Anissa, Youssef, Mohamed, Ayoub. A thousand times thanks, we will definitely come back!☺️
