È stato un viaggio fantastico per noi. L'hotel e la sua vista sono magnifici. L'amicizia e l'aiuto del personale hanno reso il nostro lavoro molto più facile. La spiaggia è vicino all'hotel e si può ordinare lounge solari. I pasti e i dolci sono incredibilmente deliziosi e hanno molte varietà. L'ambiente è molto decente e affidabile. E 'molto ideale per la famiglia. Abbiamo fatto un paio di volte e siamo stati molto felici, lo consigliamo a tutti.

There were 12 of us, all mixed ages from toddler to 58. The hotel was always clean. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Pool area and bar were exceptional. Our room was cleaned daily. The only thing i would agree with on the negative reviews is it’s not 4 star quality as us brits know it but we couldn’t fault it. We ate out a lot but there was always something we could have eaten if we had wanted. They catered for children. The bar staff were always polite and couldn’t do enough for us. The alcoholic drinks were perfect and not watered down at all. If anything they have triple measures! The hotel rep sorted all out trips and we got some fabulous deals. However there are two sides to this hotel and the side for adult only is run down. We were in the other side as we had children with us. So ignore all the negativity. If you want a nice, relaxed traditional Turkish holiday The Munamar beach resort is perfect and for the price you can’t really grumble. We paid £780 for 10 days flights and holiday. If you want luxury then obviously this isn’t the hotel for you.

We have been coming to this hotel for many years now. The 1st time was when our son was conceived (lol) then known as the Elif Mar, 25 years ago! The update which this hotel has had over the years is great. As of late the decor in the bedrooms do need updating, but you can get by. The main reason we come back to this hotel is because of the location, the friendly atmosphere among the staff with us and also the cleanliness of our rooms. The reception staff are extremely attentive to your needs if you have a problem or a request. They will go above and beyond their call of duty. The housekeeping will do anything for you, I had a torn blouse and they repaired it without charge, no problem, done within 30 mins. The bar staff are happy and very chatty with you, asking about you and letting them know abt themselves too. If you are all inclusive, ok, the food can get a bit repetitive if your staying for 2 weeks, but there are so many varieties, bearing in mind it is not your 5 star from Spain were you get amount fulls of dishes. It is a small boutique hotel adults only, not a big hotel. The drinks are all inclusive but not on exported ones, as well as cocktails. In all we will be staying in this hotel again, it is right on the beach, free sunbeds and towels on the actual beach.

I am currently staying at this hotel, and I must say that it left me with mixed feelings. On one hand, the design and ambiance of the hotel were simply breathtaking. The sophistication and beauty of the rooms were in perfect harmony with the surrounding environment, creating a truly immersive experience. The location, too, was unparalleled, and the hotel made the best use of its prime position. However, despite these positives, I couldn't help but feel disappointed by the service provided by the staff. Communication between the hotel staff and guests was noticeably lacking. Important updates and events were only announced on Instagram, leaving many staff members uninformed about the happenings within the hotel. This lack of coordination resulted in confusion and frustration as we found ourselves unaware of available amenities or the current menu offerings. One of the major drawbacks was the disinterest shown by the staff towards the guests. While the hotel was exclusively for adults, the adjacent beach seemed to attract people from all over, which impacted the serene and exclusive atmosphere. To add to the disappointment, the hotel staff paid little attention to the beachgoers, appearing disengaged and uninterested in catering to their needs. It was disheartening to observe the lack of personal touch and genuine care that should be expected from a luxury establishment. The music experience at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the pool area offered a perfect and relaxing musical backdrop, the beach area suffered from inconsistencies. On some days, loud disco music with heavy bass blared as early as 8:00 in the morning, disrupting any hopes of tranquility. On other days, pleasant and soothing summery tunes would play, befitting a 5-star relaxation haven. This inconsistency in the musical atmosphere added to the overall inconsistency of the hotel's identity. It is evident that a considerable amount of thought had been put into the hotel's design, but unfortunately, the same level of consideration does not seem to extend to defining what the hotel truly wants to be. Moreover, it is apparent that minimal effort had been invested in training the staff adequately, resulting in a lackluster guest experience. In conclusion, this hotel possesses the potential to be one of the world's finest, thanks to its exceptional location and captivating design. However, it falls short due to poor management and the disruptive activities of neighboring establishments. While I genuinely wanted to love this hotel, the issues with service, communication, and inconsistency left me feeling unsatisfied. With some improvements in management and a focus on training and coordination, this hotel could truly become a world-class destination.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana all'hotel. Il cibo era eccellente, a parte il colazione che era medio. Avevamo dei bellissimi pasti. La piscina e l'hotel sono proprio sul fronte della spiaggia così facilmente accessibili. Molti soggiorni solari sulla spiaggia e dalla piscina. Le camere erano pulite a un livello elevato e la nostra stanza era vista sulla piscina, così aveva una bella vista. Ci sono state divertimenti per una coppia di notti o musica. Il bar era ben memorizzato come descritto e il personale era molto amichevole e utile.

Mangiare era solo medio, poco bovino o pesce, raro pesce e solo 1 varietà, molto pollo e tacchino, servizio personale amichevole

Nonostante la grande intensità delle vacanze di Halloween, il personale era interessato, gentile e concentrato sulla soluzione, la posizione e la cena dell'hotel sono molto buoni, e piacevole che siate andati lungo la spiaggia dopo cena e scoprisse i locali musicali viventi. La spiaggia è molto più vicina, ma dopo colazione è difficile trovare un sessolo vuoto.

Io e la moglie ci siamo fermati per la prima e l'ultima volta, e siamo rimasti per due di sette notti e poi siamo tornati a Icmeler per le ultime cinque notti. La banda in vita per 2 notti era così alta che pensavamo fossero nella nostra stanza al terzo piano, così non riesco a immaginare quanto fosse stato cattivo il primo e il secondo piano, poi c'era anche un DJ per le prossime 3 notti. Quando la band è finita a circa 1230, i bar sono stati lanciati in ritardo. La stanza era molto piccola con molto poco magazzinaggio e un piccolo vetro frontale frigorifero che brillava tutta la notte. La vista del mare era sorprendente con un balcone di dimensioni equa. Il pranzo era buono e abbondante e tipico turco che ci piaceva.Alcuni degli ospiti erano brutti e camminavano come se fosse una 5 stelle che non era assolutamente. Quando abbiamo controllato, hanno cercato di pagarci per un pasto e una bevanda che non avevamo e dovevamo dimostrare che non ne avevamo.

La mia moglie e io siamo stati qui per 7 notti. L'hotel è perfettamente situato, e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dalla marina con una folla di ristoranti e spiagge da scegliere. La camera e il bagno erano molto puliti con custodia quotidiana. Il colazione ha servito il tradizionale colazione turco con formaggi, carne curata, uova di qualsiasi stile, crepe, diffondersi e frutta fresca n vege. L'hotel è un grande valore per i soldi e non esitavo a restare qui di nuovo! La camera 206 dispone di un balcone che si guarda sulla strada e una secca.
