Before we arrive the hotel called to just check if we are in our way or not, shared location from goggle maps even, then after arriving we found very warm reception with wide smile always, i love this vibe btw, room with pool view which is give you some inner peace when you look to the blue color , Resturant Team also is so helpful and amazing, food is perfect, everyday with new varieties which is something good btw Pool area is clean always, towels smelling good even. You can access the facilities at Rixos too by golf car. Room cleaners staff is so friendly too Everyone here working as Beehive to make your stay amazing. Would like to Thank Aml,Abduallah,Menna & Maryam for their warm hospitality, Definitely will visit this Hotel again Thank you a lot for this beautiful and relaxing vacation.

Nice location and nice hotel there is no views in my room but Sam rooms it has and no fresh air in the rooms Thy have nice foods and very kind and nice staff And room service thy are nice and caring and abut the I enjoy my time in this hotel very much thanks to all

Clean is perfect at all times * salsabil *, reception more than perfect such as Aml , Ahmed Samy, tawfik , Fady ,restaurants like marim , Abdullah, Mohamed Ibrahim, laundry like Ashraf , make sure all staff more than helpful I need to mention all put I can't, all cooker is perfect, I'm more than happy and satisfied at crystals hotel , I visited to business, and I come again to leisure doue to everything is confertabl

Wundervolles Hotel, besser geht es einfach nicht! Für uns war es bis jetzt der beste Aufenthalt in Ägypten und dabei hatten wir echt schon einige Hotels gebucht. Hier stimmt einfach alles, die Zimmern sind wunderschön und hochwertig ausgestattet, der Strand ist wundervoll, das Essen schmeckte uns hervorragend, es gibt tolle Mitarbeiter, mit exzellenten Service, welche sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend sind. Das Personal beeindruckt nicht nur mit einer außerordentlichen Freundlichkeit und Aufgeschlossenheit, vielmehr stellt man sich auf den Gast und seine individuelle Wünsche ein. Großes Lob daher die Damen vom Empfang Minna und Amel. Die Leitung des Hotels gilt auch ein großes Lob, hier wird auf alles geachtet, dass der Gast sich immer wohl fühlt. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit hier, wir haben es bereut nicht länger bleiben zu können und kommen gerne bald wieder.

L'hôtel est absolument magnifique, à partir de la check-in rapide et professionnel, de services de restauration, d'une chambre parfaite, du les personnels souriant. Une mention spéciale va à Mademoiselle Hanane et Menna Ces deux personnes et l'équipe ont vraiment contribué à un excellent et agréable séjour Je suis vivement recommandé au Crystal Inn pour les séjours à venir pour moi et mes amis.
