Marietta: hotel a 2 stelle

Per la prima volta, ricordo di essere deluso in un hotel sotto i loro marchi. Conoscendo che Econo Lodge è una delle loro marchi di qualità inferiore, non mi aspettavo molto. L'hotel sembra bello dall'esterno e è molto pulito. Il personale del desk front era amichevole e utile nel registrarci. La stanza era pulita. Era una suite grande e aveva molte camere. Il letto era comodo. La stanza non aveva un asciugacapelli. C'era un posto per uno sulla parete. Ci siamo chiesti uno, ma non è mai venuto. Non c'erano Kleenexs. Sono stati offerti solo caffè al mattino. Non sono stati offerti colazione di alcun tipo, forse a causa di preoccupazioni di Covid.

L'hotel era comodo, l'iscrizione era pulita anche alle 2:30 del mattino.

Stayed here October 31/23 after a long trip...info looked promising. DON’T GO! Una volta che abbiamo pagato e entrato nella stanza e iniziato a disvestire, i cockroaches sono usciti. We belated noticed the dark brown laminate floor was littered with dead bugs. C'era un lungo capello nel mio letto. I cazzoni erano nel bacino e correvano in basso quando ci avviciniamo. Le ghiacciate di bug morti erano sul muro.Nessuna macchina di ghiaccio in tutto il locale, nessun telefono in camera, nessun orologio, le lampade non funzionavano su alcune delle lampade. I bambini che giocavano fuori con giocattoli e le persone che tornavano nelle loro stanze con i negozi mi hanno chiesto se parte del motel fosse per le famiglie di benessere. Abbiamo deciso di dormire e lasciare l'asap al mattino. La colazione era minima. avevamo un caffè e una partita. L'uomo che ci ha salutati quella notte era RUDE! Non poteva capirlo attraverso la maschera e si è frustrato negli Stati Uniti! Ci ha messo in una stanza vicino alle macchine di vendita (che non funzionavano!). I drogati erano sul lato dell'edificio che faceva affari di droga e che erano così alti! Poi entrammo nella nostra stanza. Ha profumato così forte di pote. Il frigo era inutile per quanto profumava male. I pavimenti erano disgustosi! I miei piedi erano letteralmente neri sul fondo. Le foglie erano scratch. Il bagno era brutto con la galore di cowboy. Avrei dovuto leggere le recensioni prima di rimanere.. non avremmo mai avuto. Speravamo solo di sopravvivere la notte. I negozi alti fuori dalla nostra finestra hanno reso difficile dormire e il basso alti nelle auto che vengono a comprare erano fuori dai grafici! Sentitevi più intelligenti di me, leggete questo recensione e non restare lì!!!!

I wanted to try out Atlanta without committing to a lease so I thought that I would stay for 3 months at the Extended Stay. I was able to transfer my job and was looking to see which side of town I liked best and if I indeed wanted to live here permanently. After I checked in everything was fine until another family checked in below my room. The couple sometimes fight and they smoke ********* and cigarettes daily. I am at a non-smoking location. I reported each occurrence to the General Manager Kevin on duty. Each time I was told that he would talk to them and he said that he would give them one final chance 3 times. Finally he told me that he would have to catch them smoking the ********* but you can clearly smell it and that I should contact the police the next time that I smell it or hear the couple fighting. What kind of manager repeatedly lies to a guest and then suggest that they contact the local authorities??? Because I pay advance monthly and the fact that I receive packages here I cannot just up and leave. I have a lot of my belongings here with me and it is a great inconvenience to pack up and go to another location and I have to wait until my payment is due again because I cannot receive a refund if I decide to leave early. So I am here waiting to smell ********* or another fight so that I can contact the police. I also reached out to guest relations and described my dilemma but I called during the weekend and am waiting to hear back from them. I also called again but was on hold for over a half hour so I have to try again when I have free time. All of this could have been avoided if the hotel manager was strict on the policies. If I had known that this location was a place for ********* smokers to live and cause ruckus I would've picked another location. Avoid this place at all costs
