Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht. In unserem Zimmer gab es z.B. nur heisses Wasser in den Lavabos, nicht aber in der Dusche. Der Hotelmanager offerierte uns sofort umstandslos ein zweites Zimmer zum Duschen und liess schon am anderen Morgen einen Sanitär kommen, der den Schaden reparierte. ABER · Wir verbrachten hier 4 Tage. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste. Da fragt man sich natürlich schon, warum das so ist. Schon am Anreisetag mussten wir von unterwegs aus vor 15h nicht nur melden, ob wir im Hotel essen, sondern auch, was wir essen möchten. Als wir dann ankamen, verstanden wir, wieso. Wir waren ja eben die einzigen Gäste... serviert wurden wir völlig unprofessionell, aber überfreundlich und beflissen vom Hotelmanager persönlich. Will man das wirklich, wenn man ein 5 Sterne Wellness und Golf Hotel besucht? Sauna und Dampfbad hätte es zwar gegeben, aber nur auf Voranmeldung und gegen Gebühr. Wieso ist denn am Hotel Wellness angeschrieben? Ich buchte eine Hotstone Massage - mehr um zu schauen, ob es das hier wirklich gibt. Ja, es gab es. aber ich hatte das Gefühl, die an sich nette Masseuse, die nut tschechisch sprach, habe das noch nicht so oft gemacht. Sie tat mir leid; denn sie gab sich Mühe. Es war aber weder entspannend noch angenehm: statt sanfter Musik in nettem Raum hörte man nur den angestrengten Atem der Masseuse, während man in einem kargen Raum liegend viel zu heftig massiert wurde. Das Restaurant, auf dem wegweisenden Plakat gross als ”Castle Restaurant” angeschrieben, kann nicht wirklich besucht werden. Man muss sich ja bis 15 h mit Menüwahl angemeldet haben. Die Auswahl der Speisen ist klein, das Servierte recht, aber nicht wirklich gut. Das Café, von dem auf einer Schiefertafel vor dem Hotel steht, es wäre von 11h bis 17h geöffnet, ist leer und unbedient. Schade um das wirklich sehr schöne Gebäude, das bis ins Detail liebevoll (wenn auch eher kitschig) eingerichtet ist. Wer einmal eine zeitlang völlig alleine ein ganzes Schloss bewohnen will, kann ja hier mal buchen. Wer sich in einem 5 Sterne Haus entspannen und verwöhnen lassen will, sollte hier nicht hingehen. Wie kann so ein Hotel überhaupt überleben???

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr sehr griesgrämig. Die Gesicht aller Mitarbeitern war finster. Anstatt sollten sie immer sehr zärtlich und gefühlvoll sein, sahen sie sehr sehr unglücklich aus. Man denkt immer entweder hätte ich hochwahrscheinlich etwas falsch gemacht oder im Gegenteil hätten sie hochwahrscheinlich ein Problem. Ehrlich gesagt, sind wir in Innenstadt Spaziergang gemacht, fast alle Leute waren such sehr sehr unglücklich und die Gesichte waren sehr griesgrämig . Niemand sieht glücklich aus. Essen war sehr lecker und gut. Beim Buchen sieht man nicht, dass man noch für Parkplatz eine Reservierung machen muss. Deshalb beim Eintritt habe ich gestritten, dass sie mich falsch eingeleitet sind. Das Hotel passt nicht definitiv für eine Familie mit Kindern, welche Spaß noch machen möchten. Es ist sehr gut für über 80 Jahre Ehepaare. Wir möchten Massage bekommen, leider bis eine Woche waren sie besetzt!!! In meinem Zimmer Kasse war kaputt. Obwohl wir all inclusive gebucht habe, findet man auch 1 Wasser in Kühlschrank. Pepsi war auch beim Essen kostenpflichtig !!!

I really don’t understand the bad reviews! We stayed 1 night in this hotel and we were very satisfied with everything: the hotel has a great location , the staff was kind and helpful, the room was clean and cozy and the breakfast was nice with enough choices. We payed £47 for a room and we got a great value for this money. We particularly liked The room where the breakfast was served, it had such a special atmosphere with a super view. The only disadvantage was :the hotel doesn’t have its own parking place but we easily found a parking place somewhere else. We will definitely come back

my husband and I recently stayed for 2 weeks at this fabulous hotel with intensive trea**ent option and full board. It was our 1st time in this place and we flew over the ocean to enjoy it and indeed, we enjoyed our stay and trea**ent immensly! Staff is amazing, especially Manager Filip at the reception, he is definitely worth a promotion! He is so friendly, helpful and has a very nice personality! Also waitresses at the retaurant- Matia and Olga deserve a compliment for sure! Very nice service all the time! Antonina at the spa reception does a great job too! Once a week they have a live music in the bar, need to book the seats in advance As for the trea**ent itself-they have fabulous facilities and everything is well organized. We included all we could get as well paid extra for creosauna. It was our first time using it and we found it quite refreshing. The accomodations we got was Junior suite facing the garden and we found it very nice and useful. The windows can be open in each room and we had a balcony too. my only complaint is the hours of operation of sauna and steam room as well roman baths-they close them at 9 pm which we find very early as it is impossible to enjoy them right after the full dinner . If they can extend it to 10 pm -would be a much better option. Also temperature of the water in jacuzzi is very low-quite cold, not even warm! other than than -its was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend it! Bring a couple of metal water bottles with you as you will need to get different types of mineral water each day and having bottles really helps. Parking in front of the hotel is free but limited. We arrived in the mid of April when it was not that busy.

Nice And clean appartment. Each has a kitchen And bathroom with hairdryer. It was our second stay here this year. Every appartment has unique musical style And there Is also a museum of music (free for guests). It Is not far from center And still parking Is possible nearby (very important for us). Self check-in system Is very easy too And every time we had a question, there Is response on WhatsApp. This service, sending information via WhatsApp (for the First time a few days before we arrived) Is perfect. Lobby Is also comfort - coffee Machine, digital fireplace And So on.

Il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Esplanade è stato assolutamente eccezionale e oltre le aspettative. Il personale era incredibilmente professionale, attento, e andava oltre e sopra per rendere il nostro soggiorno perfetto. La stanza era spaziosa, elegantemente arredata e impeccabilmente pulita, con una vista stupenda della natura circostante. L'Hotel Esplanade in Marianské Lázně supera le nostre aspettative. E' la destinazione perfetta per chiunque cerca una combinazione di lusso, relax e servizio di prima classe. Ci aspettiamo già di ritornare!
