I really wanted to love this hotel due to the reviews. And there are some aspects I really enjoyed. The staff was phenomenal - very friendly and always willing to help. I love a good boutique hotel, so I was excited to find this one, which is centrally located in Marbella. Close to the beach with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. The hotel is a bit outdated. The rooms and bathrooms could use a good restoration, but they made a great effort to decorate nicely, which I appreciated. The dealbreaker for me was that our rooms had ants. And not 1 or 2 ants. There were many ants on the floor. This made out stay VERY uncomfortable. The staff gave us bug spray, so we were able to spray that, but then we had to let the small rooms air out before we went back into the rooms. The spray helped some, but it did not fully get rid of the ants. The staff also re-mopped the floor. They were so helpful and did all they could to try to rectify the problem, but we lived with those ants for 2 days, and I was very unhappy, uncomfortable, and disappointed. There were no other rooms to put us in and we prepaid for our rooms, so if we left for another hotel, we would have been losing a lot of money. Again, the staff was kind and did as much as they could to help, but no one wants to sleep with bugs on the floor. I would not return to this hotel due to that reason, unfortunately and would not recommend.

La Villa Marbella was the perfect place to stay in Marbella. We had visited Marbella ten years ago and knew what area we wanted to stay. There are many choices of hotels in the Old Town but I will not hesitate to say that this is the BEST. Our room was decorated in a beautiful stone and teak motif with gorgeous handpicked Indonesian furniture. Although it had wonderful windows out to a tree lined walkway, is was extremely quiet. The large bed was so comfortable and the room provided every amenity you would need. On top of all that, the location was perfect. Oh, and don’t forget to checkout the rooftop deck - a huge plus! Rose, Ben, Isabella and team could not have been more hospitable and helpful. We can’t wait to come back!

Hyper bien placé, aux pieds des remparts de la vieille ville tout en étant au calme et près d'un parc magnifique ou l'on trouve souvent de la place pour stationner, l'hôtel est correct, propre et basique, mais d'un excellent rapport qualité prix, si vous réglez en direct au comptoir... Personnel trés agréable, petit déjeuner très correct, je recommande, j'y retourne pour son tarif, son emplacement et la beauté de la région.

Posto comodo e molto bello pieno di stile andaluso. Apprezzabile la pulizia costante. Meno piacevole la scarsa luce naturale nelle camere (soprattutto del primo piano) e il fatto che siano in contatto diretto con gli altri ospiti che passano dalla terrazza. Pochissima privacy e confort. Do 4 stelle perché se fossi stata in un stanza al primo o secondo piano questo problema non ci sarebbe stato... ma non è andata così...

Hotel con stanze/appartamenti posizionato nel cuore della città, a due passi dal centro storico e dal mare. Faciel da raggiungere a piedi dalla stazione degli autobus di Marbella (strada tutta in discesa). Stanza molto grande e moderna con angolo cucina dotato di piastra a induzione, forno microonde, frigo, tostapane, bollitore e lavello ampio. La stanza presentava un balcone ampio dove potersi rilassare. La mia valutazione è fortemente influenzata dal fatto che trovo da miserabili chiedere 2.50 euro al giorno per l'affitto della cassaforte interna alla stanza. Questa ultima cosa la ritengo veramente ridicola al giorno d'oggi. Per il resto lo consiglio per i motivi di cui sopra.

Un bel piccolo hotel nel cuore di Marbella! Che piacevole sorpresa. Ho soggiornato in questo hotel molti anni fa con gli studenti e sono tornato dopo circa 13 anni con un gruppo di 15 adulti. Mi preoccupavo ... per nessun motivo. Il piccolo ristorante ha un colazione accettabile - niente di fantastico - ma molto buono. Le mie uniche critiche sono così triviali che odio menzionarle: le piccole barre di sapone nella vasca erano cose secche e crudeli, vecchie asciugacapelli ma funzionavano... e il nostro bagno depuratore ha bisogno di sostituire - rustico - ugh. Le letti erano pulite e confortevoli, l'a/c funziona bene anche. Tornerei in flash!

Stayed here only for two days this time,last year we had a week and it was great.Receptionist very professional and efficient.Room on the top floor was as good as ever,very clean with plenty of space,good storage areas,clean well-equipped bathroom with toiletries supplied.Super balcony with table,chairs and views over the rooftops.TV in room had some UK channels,fridge worked extremely well. Food is of a high standard for a 3 star hotel with plenty of variation in the menus.The packed lunch (picnic) can be ordered the day before and it is just 1st class,best I have come across in Spain! Only minor issue this time is my wife and I felt the food could often not be very hot reaching the servery,it also seemed the overhead heating in this unit was either very poor or not working at all,such a shame for good quality produce.A small microwave is all that is needed to address this issue,many hotels have these now in the dining rooms. It has a great location,2 minutes from the bus stops and 5 minutes walk to the beach areas.We shall return again as the hotel and staff have real character.

La posizione è buona, pochi passi verso la spiaggia e tutti i tipi di ristoranti, il parcheggio sotterraneo è troppo piccolo, anche se non è costoso, ma il nuovo arrivato e uscito troppo piccolo consiglia di fermarsi la notte. In generale, le 8:00 al giorno successivo sono gratis.
