Management problems. Also housekeepers are theft. They stolen $35 in coins which I put in my room and threw away my girl perfume and her candies which value $850 in to the trash can moreover told us to pickup in the in the trash can. The housekeeper came and my room without my consent and before our time check out. (Before 11:00 AM).
I would like to know who responsible of my lost ?
We placed a tag of Super8 outside the door which it said do not disturb early in the morning which we out for breakfast.
Your manager Dave Patel appears to be very rude speaking to us with a very bad attitude also he tried called a male employee (super8) and the manager told us to ( get out ) which he couldn’t answer our questions. Also he blamed us we smoked in the room which didn’t further more he tried to charge us $150 for it.

Frustrated that $100 deposit for security coverage was not returned. I did not remember to ask in am. No reminder given. When called, took 2 days and 3 calls to get answer. Would not mail or cc credit, had to pick up in person....I'm traveling, live in Wisconsin, can not go back for deposit!

The first room i was put in had mold growing on the ceiling. The moved me. The second room had a trash bag covering the smoke detector. The phone did not work. Around midnight my toilet would not flush. I found out that the phone did not work because i tried to call the front desk, to inform about the toilet. I went down to tell them. When i returned to the room, i was followed up by the front desk attendant. He tried to hand me a plunger. I told him im the paying customer, not their maintenance. He refused to fix the issue because he wasn't maintenance either.

The room was awful, the bed had burns in the blanket from cigarettes, the bathroom door did not shut. There were people trying to get into my room at 3:00 in the morning. And they kept my $100 deposit for a “cleaning fee” when I have pictures (I have always done this) of the room when I left, there was nothing out of the norm that would need a $100 cleaning fee. I knew something was off when the man that checked me in literally tried to take my debit card out of my hand before telling me how much he was charging!!! Horrible!!!

Even though all their rooms are listed as non-smoking they have the distinctive strong smell of smoke; bedding and carpet with holes caused by cigarette burns, etc. The mattresses and pillows have that smell impregnated deep into them, so a non-smoking person would not be able to rest or sleep. Left after 30 minutes totally disappointed.

Hotel was good, nothing special but nothing wrong either. I didn’t see anything offensively dirty like some of the reviews said. Breakfast was decent and the bed was surprisingly very comfortable. Would stay again
