這家店位於電白水東來説是比較新的。由於孩子有粉塵過敏，我這個人對酒店要求比較高，每次出行都要千挑萬選。以前到水東都會住在“君怡酒店”。由於維護不佳，服務培訓不足，已經無法滿足。 美豪麗致酒店2023年的新店，在水東來説新開的店不多，它就是其中一家。 圖一：由於有輕微潔癖，孩子過敏體質。讓我們養成每到一家酒店入住，都需要二次對客房進行打掃。向酒店要了條保潔毛巾，房務貼心的送來兩條全新的毛巾。經過我們夫妻兩對客房二次清潔，客房的粉塵清潔的很到位，相比之前曾經住過的五星酒店都做的好（詳看圖片）。只有床頭燈，電視，掛畫、沙發底、衣櫃、窗台存在粉塵沒有清潔到位。但還是值得推薦🤙🤙🤙 圖二：雖然門口設有門僮崗位卻空崗狀態，但進入到大堂，會有兩位前台工作人員温聲細語的迎面問好，給我們斟茶。禮貌用語及專業性讓人感受到不是冰冷的流水線。電梯必須使用房卡才能進入到客房區，非常安全。 圖三：我們預訂的是大床房，剛開始衹打算逗留2天，由於酒店的服務及舒適度讓我最後連住4天。續住時前台很人性化，不會因為網上價格變動原因而拒絕或者其它原因。還是按原價優惠給我們續住。 不得不説，餐廳早上提供自助早餐，午茶。宵夜時候還提供暖心一碗麪（超級好吃😋）。美中不足就是服務阿姨不夠專業，語氣也是冷冰冰的。但領班會很貼心的知道我的需求後，滿臉笑容的跟我溝通，親自解決。 圖四：七樓自助餐廳外還有露天星空吧，晚上休閑喝點東西，拍照特別出片。我家寶日常喜歡拍照拍**（打一下廣告，**搜尋：Sam吖）。都在這裏拍了不少照片，視頻。 每天都有保潔阿姨過來給我們更換日用品，非常貼心。客房還配備了洗手液、潤膚露、卸粧水、髮膠，讓我們的入住體驗更加方便。

房間很整潔，安靜，設施齊全，服務態度好，有特色木桶泡腳消除旅途疲倦，並送暖心糖水，特別是入住第二晚酒店自備糖水派完後再預約，前台服務員特意外賣糖水送到，服務超出預期，希望用心服務客人的酒店生意興隆！明年回鄉行清再訂維多利亞酒店。
