Die Zimmer sind sauber, man hat einen schönen Ausblick. Der Service ist einwandfrei.

We have already stayed at this BW several times. (+) The hotel is located in a quiet office and industrial zone, but close to residential areas and the university hospital. Perfect for travelers with a car - plenty of free parking slots. Modern, functional design. The upper floors can be reached by elevator. The hotel is popular with both, families and business people. Rooms are clean, have tea/coffee maker, power socket by the bed, walk-in shower in the bath, toiletries are very basic. No fitting carpets! Good breakfast with selection of bread, cheese, yogurt, eggs, hot drinks, also a few products for people with lactose and gluten intolerance. Small simple fitness room with sauna in the basement. Vending machine and the bar in the lobby. Helpful staff. Definitely good value for money. Reception is not manned at night, but there is an emergency phone that works surprisingly well for us when we had no access to the room late evening. (-) Standard room offers little space for large luggage. The ventilation in the bathroom is switched off in the evening. No restaurant.

Terrible place to stay. Rooms too small. Unprofessional staff. No amenities in the room. Very noisy room. The AC makes strange loud noises every 5 minutes even when off. I would never ever stay at sich a hotel again and I advise any family with children to stay away from it. The price does not justify what you get (which is nothing). Even the breakfast was bad. All in all: avoid at all costs!

Super friendly and helpful, primarily at the reception but others too. Great value for the money, clean, quiet, all the amenities required for a good business trip. Right distance to customer, still easy to get to downtown, attractions and restaurants. Anytime again.

Top Erfahrung, freundliches Personal, super Frühstück und fantastische Tagungsräume. Das einzig Negative waren die mangelhaften Parkmöglichkeiten (geschuldet durch eine Baustelle). Ansonsten nichts zu bemängeln, würde wieder dort übernachten.

Das mit der Sauna hat nicht funbktioniert und es kümmerte sich auch niemand darum. Das Zimmer war fein her gemacht, aber es war nicht gesaugt. Das Frühstück ist in einem grauenvollen Saal und auch die Produkte nicht wirklich gut und attraktiv.

Hotel funcional para pasar una noche en Mannheim y visitar la ciudad. Está algo alejado del centro. Tiene parking privado de pago al aire libre aunque puedes aparcar fácilmente enfrente del hotel. Las habitaciones están muy bien. En poco más de 5 minutos estás en el centro si vas con coche. Hay varios parkings públicos en el centro para aparcar bien de precio. Al no estar en el centro nos vino muy bien al día siguiente para salir enseguida a la autopista.

Zimmer sehr ordentlich: gut ausgestattet, sauber, Wasser als Beigabe, sehr nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück mit Spiegelei... Die Lage des Hotels: ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nicht weit von der Innenstadt.

De gezins kamer was boven verwachtingen! De kamer was ook heel mooi en ruim. Het ontbijt was wat minder, omdat de koffie waterig was en de broodjes waren niet snel genoeg aangevuld. Het hotel ligt in een industriële omgeving, dus als je de stad wilt bezoeken heb je best een auto bij.

Zweckmäßiges Hotel. Lage im Industriegebiet. Sauber, Zimmer gut und Personal freundlich. Lage für die Stadt eherschlecht, sonst gute Anbindung. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Nichts für längere Besuche.
