Hotel in zona Alter Messplatz, Mannheim

Hotel di grande impatto visivo (negli spazi comuni, meno nelle camere) nel pieno centro di Mannheim a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla Marktplatz: in quanto a posizione si può definire eccezionale. Prenotato tramite Trip.com al costo di 164,18€ per tre notti, due persone, colazione esclusa, posso dire che in generale si è trattato di un buon soggiorno. Da considerare però alcuni aspetti rivedibili nella gestione generale e nella risoluzione di un problema, avvenuta solo l’ultimo giorno. Al nostro arrivo siamo subito stati accolti dal personale della reception che ci ha assegnato la camera e che ci ha indicato il garage dell’Hotel. Purtroppo il parcheggio era pieno e abbiamo portato la nostra auto nel garage sotterraneo della Marktplatz. Comodissimo perché estremamente vicino all’albergo, ma leggero disagio nel trasporto dei bagagli: ci si deve andare già preparati e non lo eravamo (il personale dovrebbe avere il dettaglio degli spazi assegnati alle auto nel proprio garage). La camera ha colori orientati sullo scuro, con bagno non molto ampio dotato di doccia, asciugacapelli e prodotti omaggio. Buon Wi-Fi, televisore, cassaforte, acqua in bottiglia offerta, aria condizionata che si aziona insieme alla corrente elettrica della stanza, inserendo nell’apposito dispositivo una delle carte di accesso. Cura dei dettagli e della manutenzione in alcuni punti migliorabile ma, visto il prezzo, e visti in generale la posizione e l’ambiente della struttura, direi che non c’è assolutamente da lamentarsi. Unico problema: il frigorifero non funzionante. Dopo averlo fatto presente al personale della reception in entrambi i primi due giorni di permanenza, il problema è stato risolto con la sostituzione solo nel tardo pomeriggio del terzo e ultimo giorno. Apprezzato però il buono per due cocktail offerti nel bar dell’hotel per compensare il disguido. In generale, rivedendo alcuni punti che dovrebbero più guardare alla sostanza che all’immagine “glamour” dell’ambiente, la struttura è risultata conveniente a livello di prezzo e comodissima a livello di posizione, bello il bar e piacevole l’area-sala giochi. Credo che in presenza di tariffe simili a quelle trovate in questa occasione sarebbe nuovamente la scelta ideale per un nuovo futuro soggiorno a Mannheim.

L'hotel può brillare con qualità come nessun altro. In primo luogo, se si può prevedere che una lampada a stack funzioni, si può partire dal 50%. Inoltre, i guanti non solo avevano un profumo di culo, ma anche un ottimo profumo di culo. Oltre al mal disegno architettonico della casa, il mio bagno aveva una tela stilistica, intelligente e sbagliata. Anch'io ho incontrato, in questo 10.000 cm^2 bagno, due altre sorprese meravigliose. Da un lato ho potuto valutare un armatura inutile e sradicata, dall'altro ho incontrato nel doccia alcune colonie di funghi che mi hanno fatto sorridere. Quando sono entrato nella mia stanza, mi è stato più facile che non fossi l'unico con un danno, ma anche il muro della mia stanza mi ha messo in un'eccellente danno all'acqua. A beneficio dell'hotel, un balcone collegato al mio stub, che mi ha dato una vista di grigio, perché la corte d'interno che ho potuto guardare era dotata di una profonda stronzata. Ma non solo gli aspetti negativi sono stati abbattuti dall'hotel, ma anche un buon personale, che ha mostrato una gentilezza superiore alla media, probabilmente basata su un consumo regolare di droga. Con le parole carine di ”grazie fratelli” del personale e la probabile dipendenza da droghe, concludo un domicilio vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Francoforte. In questo modo posso solo consigliare questo hotel a chiunque, almeno a chi vuole essere deluso dalle sue basse aspettative. Grazie Best Western!

Questa settimana ero ancora entusiasta al posto di Colonia, ma Mannheim è ancora sulla nave completa. ricevimento amichevole grandi locali di ambiente familiare. Questo è quello che manca sempre come viaggi d'affari. Qui si riceverà il cuore.

Eccellente Express. Parcheggio sotterraneo, hotel moderno e camere molto pulite. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Curato nella pulizia specie in questo periodo di difficoltà. Ottima colazione. Davvero consigliato. Vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, facile arrivare

First off, understand that Ludwigshafen is not a happening place. I was here for business, for which I feel the place would be adequate for a day or two stay, but not the week I was here. I titled this as ”try hard”, as that's what I hear my kids call someone who is tries hard and fails, which I feel fits since the hotel tries really hard to be modern and hip. Moxy is Marriot's new brand aimed at the youth and the copies board games, lockers, random graffiti and whatnot scattered around the lobby would imply they are going that way. Considering most of the time it was filled with old businessmen like me would say they might want to consider having this in a more appropriate location. Moxy Lu is a very spartan hotel. No restaurant to speak of - on Sunday I asked if they had any lunch offerings as nothing is around there and they told me their one and only oven, used to cook breakfast, was broken and wouldn't be working for at least a few hours. There is a very solid Italian restaurant next door but you don't want to eat that every day. There's also right now a Christmas market nearby but the opening timing for it is very variable. It's also next to the Rhine mall but understand that German business hours are earlier than American so it closes early and is closed entirely on Sunday. Rooms are clearly advertised as capsule types and they are very reminiscent of Japanese capsule rooms - a bed, bathroom, a chair, and that's it. A hook on the wall and 4 hangers is all your clothes storage, a 6 inch wide, 2 foot long glass panel sticking out from the wall is your ”desk”, and that's it. No safe, no shelves, no coffee machine, nothing. Definitely not where I wanted to spend a week, but that's not their fault. The hotel is very new and is very clean overall. Also a plus that it is very quiet. I've been in hotels where I could literally hear the person walking around next door. All that said, why 3 stars? Well, as clean as it was, there was a long black hair at eye level in the shower when I first stepped in. As I'm folically challenged, I'm certain it wasn't mine. Secondly, one of the elevators broke multiple times while I was there, once trapping a person in there for 15 minutes while I was in the lobby. He eventually tumbled out, angry, scared, and half-clothed (took off some clothes as he was feeling very hot). Said elevator was not flagged as being out of order for at least an hour after as I was in and out. Eventually it was. It had an out of order sign still on it on my second day despite being in use...assumed this was an error before the guy got caught in front of me. Not good management of an issue, I feel.

Camera molto accogliente, tutto disponibile, anche cucina acqua con caffè/tea autoservizio. Letti: super dormito La stanza può essere completamente oscurata Nessun rumore strada/treno, stupendo silenzio Servizio molto amichevole, buffet colazione tutto qui, viene riempito costantemente. Prezzo/prestazione ragionevole. Grazie a tutti coloro che hanno svolto così meraviglioso il loro compito in hotel! - Torniamo comunque!

Forse l'hotel più pulito che abbia mai fatto! È stato un servizio meraviglioso, un grande colazione a buffet e le camere erano spaziose. Grande doccia, comoda letto e cromaca disponibile sulla TV. Le opzioni per il trasporto pubblico nel centro della città sono in rotta dalla stazione di autobus e tram. Molto raccomandato per i viaggi amici e anche per le famiglie,

L'hotel è stato facile da raggiungere dall'autostrada e l'hotel dispone di abbastanza spazio di parcheggio. Il parcheggio è gratuito e le camere sono abbastanza belle, moderne e grandi. Il colazione è OK e abbastanza varietà. Abbiamo prenotato una seconda notte, il personale è molto bello e utile. C'è un tram vicino a entrare in città. Andiamo a piedi, è una bella passeggiata, ma lontano - per questo la vecchia città si diffondera lungo. Abbiamo preso un ”scooter di lima” all'hotel - che era divertente - c'è una stanza abbondante sulle sentieri ciclabili. L'hotel è bello e tranquillo e i letti dove buono li consiglio. Ci sono 24 ore di check-in disponibile.

We were so glad to see this fully renovated hotel open in time for our visit to the Heidelberg Christmas Market (original opening date was projected for the end of December). The Hilton Heidelberg is an incredible facility, surpassed only by the amazing team working to provide the best possible experience! We have never been so graciously welcomed by so many on the team, including the General Manager, Remmie. Margarita and Katerina took great care of us during check in and were even able to upgrade us to a Junior Suite - what a welcome surprise! After settling in to our room, we had the pleasure of meeting Lubeth in the Executive Lounge who took care of every need and made us feel so welcome - always with a smile! The management team is definitely committed to hiring the best, but they are also clearly committed to leading by example. Vladimir (the restaurant manager) made a point of introducing himself and checking to be sure we were enjoying our stay and Sonja was so gracious when we were visiting the restaurant. Brent stopped by while we were in the Executive Lounge to be sure we were enjoying our visit and asked if there was anything he could do to help. Tim (a Heidelberg local) took time to share some of his favorite spots around town, as well as the hotel amenities and make sure we made the most of our time in town! I cannot remember another hotel stay where I could name more than 1-2 people on the staff - this team truly made us feel welcomed and valued! Thank you for a such a great experience!
