The staff was super friendly and helpful
The room was clean. House keeping provided the supplies on time.
The breakfest was good with a range of foods to select
And it is near the bay area, which has the ocean park
Check in and out was quick
Dislikes
The construction woke me up and didn't let me sleep
The view from my room was a construction site picture attached
Every time we entered, we were searched and walked through a scanner
I hope this review helps. All in all, we have a pleasant stay at the hotel. I hope the renovation are over soon.

KKelv007I recently stayed at the hotel for a few nights, and overall, it was a decent experience with a few areas for improvement
Pros:
The location of the hotel is excellent—close to key attractions and within walking distance of restaurants and shops, which made it convenient for exploring the area. The room was clean upon arrival, and the housekeeping staff did a good job maintaining it throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the modern amenities like the flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi, which worked without any issues. The bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries and had a good amount of space.
Cons:
However, there were a few downsides. The room was a bit smaller than expected, making it feel slightly cramped, especially with luggage. Noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms was noticeable at times, which disrupted sleep on a couple of occasions. Also, the bathroom seems to be abit old and unkept. Lastly the room AC is abit noisy

Overall, this hotel offers good value for its location and cleanliness, but there are some areas that could be improved for a more comfortable and relaxing stay. I would recommend it for short stays or if you’re not too sensitive to noise

NNicholas PeterWe enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious with a nice view of the city and Manila Bay. The staff were all friendly and we were allowed later check out without any fuss. Location is central and not far from Robinsons mall. Food in restaurant was tasty.

UUtente ospitePer la prima volta, perché non è più il Pan Pacific. In generale l'hotel è molto più luminoso. Il cibo è migliorato in modo significativo e il bar lobby è comodo.
Alcuni disturbi. Il desk front non mi ha incoraggiato a prenotare di nuovo, perché hanno detto che il mio partner non poteva accedere prima di me se il suo nome non era sulla prenotazione. Come sappiamo Trip.com permette solo un nome sulla prenotazione. Perciò hanno perso l'affare a un concorrente, per una nota di più preoccupazione, il mio lavaggio è stato trattato con atrocezza, credo sia stato lavato, ma non è stato certo ferroso, assolutamente insopportabile, tutto il resto va bene.
