Stains were visible. It's near the road that's why you can hear the motorcycle or other vehicles. You can hear the doors next to you whenever they open/close it, that's why it's hard to sleep especially when you're a light sleeper. The shower is hard to use.

The hotel exceeded all expectations with its exceptional service, clean and comfortable rooms, and convenient location. The staff was attentive and friendly, making our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience!

Great choice for our trip! Booked a couple of rooms for our party and it worked out perfectly. I'm usually skeptical so I tend to do crazy research for all my trips, and this one didn't disappoint. It was clean, affordable, and close to everything. Staff/service was great as well. Will definitely come back on our next visit!

Enjoyed our quick stay here in Manila. We chose this place as it was close to our tours around Manila. It’s newly renovated so I was happy to stay in a brand new room. Prices were very reasonable. Management was very welcoming and professional. Walking distance to plenty of food and bars and the Mall. They even have a money changer right next door for your convenience. We will definitely make sure to stay here when we come back to Manila for our adventures.

It was recommended by my seaman friend.... If your on tight budgetTHGIS I RECOMMEND FOR YOU . We stayed here for a week during my u.s. visa process. it is a walking distance to u.s. embassy...near robinsons mall. the receptionist is so nice and considerate. i recommend this place. it was pleasant for me . my only consim on an aircon rooms but theres a lot mosquitos bitting...
