The AC in the Lobby is not on it was very hot while having food from the restaurant as the lobby and restaurant are in the same area and it was not functioning or not switched on

The AC in the lobby was not switched on and it was very hot in the lobby and the restaurant,,We were forced to eat in the heat ,,The General manager or the lobby manager maybe kanjoos I think for switching off the AC to save the power.The lunch A la carte food was terrible,,,however the breakfast buffet was wonderful and tasty ..Next time at least switch on the AC in the lobby and use the solar system to save the electricity and not by switching off the AC

While at Mangalore beware of Taxi fraud.better take assistance from Hotel for Taxi arrangements

Water was leaking and they didn’t fix for 3 days! Had to ask multiple times. AC not working properly Food options were generic, should provide options with local cuisine.

Our stay at Ginger Mangalore was superb. We enjoyed the room, ambience, staff here are so nice, well behaved and friendly. Akshata was dealing our check out process and it was effortless. We were dealing with Chandra, the manager here and he is a gentleman. We were celebrating my birthday here and he had arranged a delicious cake. We really appreciate for the extra effort Ginger put for its customers. Overall our stay here was memorable.

I stayed in ginger with my family. Stay was good nice and quiet place. My family enjoyed a lot. Good service by staffs and clean and decent rooms with basic amenities. They have a workout area as well with minimum amenities. Overall it was good.

Stay was comfortable... Hotel was a quite old but well maintained. Friendly staffs are very kind and also quik respond from staff side. Restaurant and lobby area are good and quite clean. Beside the hotel they have a small garden area it was actually nice.

A Value for Money Stay at Ginger Mangalore. I had to stay one night and was pleasantly surprised to get an upgrade and was very satisfied with the room, hygience and cleanliness and service provided. The hotel has ample parking space and provided an excellent breakfast spread ***** with quality of sleep. Considering the amount spent, it was truly a Value for Money stay. Thanks to the staff for the upgrade

this was one of the best hotel I visit ginger manglore staying with my family I will happy with the stay good hospitality and very polite staffs. employees had great working experience mr rakshith was responded well and the food was good and tasty In short one should definitely keep this hotel in mind while planning a trip to manglore

Good location, great connectivity and great staff Special mention to Mr. Shiv shankar, head of security. Excellent welcoming and courtesy. Very happy. Rooms are good. However the red colour theme is not to everyone's taste 😅. Rest all good

I visited ginger mangalore hotel it was absolutely worthy staying in ginger mangalore because of staff’s are very helpful mainly Mr RAKSHITH was treated me very well my room AC is not working. and he will come and solve the problem and also all the staffs are very good
