Mandaue City: hotel a 2 stelle

I'm actually quite sad to have to write this review as I have been a good customer of this hotel for many years. The service, food, rooms and rates used to be a 5 out of 5 experience everytime. Unfortunately this has dramatically changed, the food is awful now and the room service arrives in a take out box with plastic utensils, yet they still charge an additional fee! The TV and channel selections are never working properly, the rooms have not seen a lick of paint ... ever. Water pressure is no good, towels are old and close to their end of life, no toiletries or bottled water in the room oh and they give you 1 pillow, if you request more than 1, they will charge you. As I said it's sad to see. The one saving grace is the service in the bar and restaurant from the staff that have known us for many years. The new hires simply don't care or are not being managed properly. Also they fill the place with OJT to save money, though I understand this, you can't completely staff a hotel with inexperienced staff just to save a few pisos. Disappointed.

Non c'è acqua in bottiglia, ma c'è un distributore d'acqua fuori dalla stanza, quindi portate un tumbler. Il bagno è ok, anche se deve essere rinnovato a mio parere. La doccia calda a volte non funziona. I letti sono grandi, ma si scioglie quando si muove. Quindi, se siete più abituati ad alberghi con grandi strutture, questo non è per voi. L'hotel è un buon posto per il suo prezzo, e ha semplici attrezzature, se il vostro scopo è proprio come il nostro. Infine, loderò il personale, sono molto accoglienti.

Il segno dell'hotel è l'hotel Senshan, quindi può essere il capo giapponese. Ci sono altri servizi di cucina e caffè senza porta rossa. Il personale è molto amichevole, anche se era la metà del prezzo dell'hotel che vivevo il giorno prima, era altrettanto comodo. Il posto era ok, ma la qualità dell'acqua è terribile. La stanza che ho ricevuto è 319 è terribile, non ha aria condizionata lontano per regolare la temperatura, una delle finestre è un po' aperta e non poteva nemmeno chiudere perché non ha un manico. Tubi da bagno sono russiche. Se si fa la doccia l'intero piano del bagno sarà bagnato. Anche loro chiedono di lasciare il mio ID con loro! Quando sostengo che non lascio mai il mio ID mi hanno chiesto un deposito di sicurezza 500php che poi li finirà fotocopiando il mio ID.

Ho prenotato il giorno una camera standard ma ho avuto la camera gemella. PROs It’s affordable compared to other hotels in the area. Stayed here for one week for the Sinulog festival, the place is good for those who want to have a quiet place and accessible to all places near malls and convenient stores. Can cook in the room, electric kettle is provided plus 2 mugs and teaspoons for hot milk/coffee. Mineral water for drinking is also provided, hot bath is 24 hrs, ac is good as new. Overall review for Cornestone Manor inn is excellent, definitely will check in again for my next vacation in Cebu.

The staff are nice and friendly. On the time we check in there no hassle until we check out. The place is really clean and the location is very wise since its just 2 minutes walkinh distance u can enjoy your dinner at JJ Market place for food trip.
