The place is clean and organized. There's shampoo and body soap but make sure to bring conditioner. No toothbrush and toothpaste provided but they sell them for a cheap price. Overall my stay was good. I checked in very late and they give step by step instructions on how to self check-in. Did not get a good sleep tho because one lady in the shared room I booked in was snoring loudly which was distracting (not the hostel's fault lol).

The owner and staff at the hostel are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist guests with any needs or questions. They are quick to respond, ensuring that any inquiries or requests are addressed in a timely manner. The cleanliness of the hostel is impressive; both the rooms and restrooms are meticulously sanitized, providing a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. Guests can enjoy a simple yet satisfying complimentary breakfast, which offers a pleasant start to the day. Additionally, the instructions provided by the staff are clear and precise, making it easy for guests to navigate their stay and take advantage of all the hostel has to offer.

It’s ok. You get what you pay for. I just didn’t get to sleep well because my roommate started snoring for hours on end and I hear alarms going off (Idk if it’s hers or from the other rooms). No locks in the shower. Rooms aren’t soundproof so you’ll still hear some noise from the outside.

It's great for solo traveller looking for affordable place to stay.

its just good for short stay, important thing is, the AC is cold enough to be comfortable sleeping

Our experience at this hostel was excellent. As two friends visiting from Morocco, we found the facilities to be exceptionally clean. The staff members were very friendly and accommodating. We are certain that when we return to Manila, we will choose to stay at this hostel again. The location is excellent, conveniently close to the MRT, allowing easy exploration of Manila from the hotel. Best regards, WALID and ILYAS

The bed, pillows and blanket are my comfort after my longday at school. The staff are amazing. Friendly crowd (with other travelers), clean and organize place. It is accessible to all amenities from food, leisure, transportation and shopping.Crossroads Hostel Manila feels like home.

The hostel's room is clean and air conditioned. The CR and bath room are regularly cleaned and with free shampoo ,shower gel and conditioner. WIFI and breakfast are free. The personnels are friendly ,approachable and accomodating. I enjoy my stay.

Everything are good namely the bed, pillow, comfort room and the food.overall are so nice. Basta e recommend ko sya sa family and friends ko. Budget friendly talaga at Ang lahat Ng staff ay approachable Hindi ka mangingimi na mgtanong dahil mababait sila lahat.

Fluffiest pillow indeed! And mattress too! Well thought facilities and amazing staff. There's free coffee and tea that the guest can use anytime. Soap & shampoo provided there's even a slippers. But most of all security stands out you have your own keys for the room and gate. Stay amazing!

The place is really nice and it's also really clean. Staff were also really nice and accommodating as well. Overall it was a really pleasant experience. Would love to book with crossroads hostel again for my next trip if I will be just around the area.
