Our experience at this hostel was excellent. As two friends visiting from Morocco, we found the facilities to be exceptionally clean. The staff members were very friendly and accommodating. We are certain that when we return to Manila, we will choose to stay at this hostel again. The location is excellent, conveniently close to the MRT, allowing easy exploration of Manila from the hotel. Best regards, WALID and ILYAS

Not bad

The hostel's room is clean and air conditioned. The CR and bath room are regularly cleaned and with free shampoo ,shower gel and conditioner. WIFI and breakfast are free. The personnels are friendly ,approachable and accomodating. I enjoy my stay.

Everything are good namely the bed, pillow, comfort room and the food.overall are so nice. Basta e recommend ko sya sa family and friends ko. Budget friendly talaga at Ang lahat Ng staff ay approachable Hindi ka mangingimi na mgtanong dahil mababait sila lahat.

Fluffiest pillow indeed! And mattress too! Well thought facilities and amazing staff. There's free coffee and tea that the guest can use anytime. Soap & shampoo provided there's even a slippers. But most of all security stands out you have your own keys for the room and gate. Stay amazing!

The place is really nice and it's also really clean. Staff were also really nice and accommodating as well. Overall it was a really pleasant experience. Would love to book with crossroads hostel again for my next trip if I will be just around the area.

I felt cozy inside and safe during my stay; the ambiance was great, and the beds were always clean, as well the whole place. A special mention goes to the staff, who are very very accommodating and kind.

Crossroads hostel is a small suburban (!) hostel. If you want to have a place to escape the crowds, which is still accessible by public transport this is perfect! Keep in mind- It’s still a bit far away from the city. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They offer free breakfast every morning. Rooms are a bit small.

*Friendly and approachable staffs *Room and Bunk beds are clean. There are cover sheets to give privacy *shared female bathrooms and toilets are clean and maintained. *nice to relax in their living room bc it was quiet. *Near to convenience store, food stores, market and mall *Walking distance to train I stayed there for 3 nights. I enjoyed my stay there bc there were only few guests and I spend my 2 nights in my room alone. I will definitely come back.
