Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel non hanno trovato la nostra prenotazione e hanno detto che era stata cancellata, hanno ordinato subito, hanno aggiornato la nostra stanza gratuita e hanno avuto la custodia per venire e diviso i letti per noi entro 5 minuti di arrivare nella nostra stanza, per un malinteso.
Abbiamo provato il ristorante per il cibo, e era molto deludente, il pollo era dolce e acquatico, le patate erano in modo sovrasale e la pasta era buona, ma le piante non erano solo deliziose, così deludenti.
Il colazione, però, era una scelta molto grande, e se volessi uova scramblete o qualcosa di speciale, lo fecero per te.

Thank you for the sofa bed for my son (13year old) when we check in, it is comfortable. And we can late check out, very nicely. The toilet were clean. I am first time to visited the holiday inn hotel in Manchester , it is a good experience for me. i will come again.

This was such a nice hotel! Highly recommend. We booked for two nights and because the first night had some pipe issues, we had to switch rooms in between the two nights. We did get complimentary breakfasts for the two days though, so that made up for it.
Both rooms were super nice and clean, the hotel has been around for years and you can totally feel and experience the history! But they kept it up-to-date so theres a modern side to it too (such as the washrooms are all newly renovated).
Would really recommend the breakfast as well because not only is the food great, the overall restaurant and bar area is gorgeous. This is also a pet friendly hotel so we got to enjoy seeing some furry friends too!

I recently stayed at the Britannia Hotel in Manchester and wanted to share my thoughts.
Location:
The location is definitely one of the hotel’s strongest points. It’s super accessible to all forms of transport, whether you’re arriving by train, bus, or tram. It’s right in the city center, so you can easily explore Manchester without much hassle.
Parking:
The parking arrangement is convenient if you’re driving, especially with free parking between 8 pm and 8 am. Outside of those hours, you’ll need to pay, so keep that in mind if you’re staying for longer stretches.
Hotel Condition:
This is where the hotel shows its age. The building is very old, and while it has some charm, it could definitely use an upgrade. You can feel the wear and tear in the common areas and some of the rooms.
Rooms:
The rooms are a mixed bag. The basic rooms are just that—basic. They’re not particularly comfortable, and if you’re picky about where you sleep, you might feel underwhelmed. However, if you go for one of the upgraded rooms, the experience is much better. Those rooms feel cleaner and more inviting.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is a solid deal at just £9. It’s not a luxury spread, but it gets the job done. You’ll find the usual options for a budget-friendly hotel breakfast.

Snacks/drinks...etc priced quite high, but, understandably so. That said, given the amenities offered in the room, self-catering is the primary option, with purchasing hotel snacks/drinks, viewed as a distant secondary option. Would happily stay with Wilde again

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by warm and professional staff. The service here is top-notch. Every member of the staff was attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They exemplify the essence of great hospitality.
A small yet impactful moment came when we realised we had forgotten our toothpaste. Without hesitation, we called room service, and to our pleasant surprise, before we even got back to our room, the toothpaste was there waiting for us. It's these small details and quick responses that set Hotel Brooklyn apart.
The breakfast at Hotel Brooklyn deserves a special mention. It was nothing short of fantastic. The variety and quality of food offered were impressive. From fresh pastries and cereals to a range of hot food, every item was delicious and well-prepared. It's a perfect start to the day, catering to all tastes and dietary needs.
Our room was a blend of comfort and style. It was well-appointed, clean, and spacious with a cozy and inviting ambiance. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day exploring Manchester.

DDeimanteMy room was meant to be with king size bed but we got 2 single beds joined together, the single beds had wheels on them so they kept rolling away from each other. It would also move around when you’d try to get into bed. Beds were super high as well, and when they are on wheels it’s a bit tricky to get into one of them especially if you’re short and overweight. Tv was not working, super old so had no smart hub, so no Netflix or any other platforms, you can’t even stream your screen view from your phone. Antenna had no reception so you couldn’t even watch any regular tv programs.
Other than that, shower was great and clean, everything else in the room was also clean and the room was pretty spacious which I really liked. Location is great, you have an access to a gym.

KKhairahLa stanza è stata molto confortevole, rendendola una brisa per accedere all'arena. La stanza è stata spaziosa, offrendo spazio per rilassarsi e rilassarsi. Had a meal in the bar, which I ordered at 21.15, which I thought was pretty good, the fact that the kitchen was still open. I went straight to bed afterwards, so hadn't noticed that neither the kettle nor the TV in my room worked. Disappointed really, and, cheap room or not, hardly what you expect. I reported it to reception and got a free coffee to take away, since I was checking out. On balance then, a mixed bag, but I would stay again. Where else can you get a room in Manchester for £34.

UUtente ospiteHo prenotato una camera senza finestra per una vacanza economica di una notte e all'arrivo sono stato aggiornato a una camera con finestra, camera doppia, camera enorme, letto comodo e set per la preparazione di tè e caffè, doccia sopra la vasca, proprio nel mezzo del centro città, la reception è stata molto gentile e mi ha informato che l'ascensore era e il check-out alle 10:00 offrono un check-out posticipato alle 12:00 per £ 10 o alle 13:00 per £ 20, anche la colazione se prenotata all'arrivo veniva offerta a un prezzo ridotto prezzo di £ 9,95, ho prenotato la camera per £ 34 ma la possibilità di includere la colazione £ 42 su trip.com quindi solo £ 3,50 a testa per una colazione che pensavo fosse una buona offerta ho deciso di non fare colazione qui, distributore automatico di snack patatine e bevande al cioccolato vicino all'ascensore 24 ore su 24, TV in camera, la sicurezza in loco non ti avrebbe fatto entrare nell'edificio finché non ti avessi mostrato il numero di prenotazione e la carta d'identità ed era un po' esagerato, non era menzionato nella prenotazione se soggiornando qui gli ospiti non possono venire dopo le 22:00 e devono mostrare un documento d'identità per ogni persona alla reception che non ha visto che prima di solito solo l'hotel prenotato mostra un documento d'identità un po' esagerato,

UUtente ospiteMy man told me the doors locked yet there wasn’t any batteries to make functional, he also said I looked like a stoner n can happily smoke ****, so I took upon his request and enjoyed my stay to the fullest, was beneficial of the pricing range as the cost was no more then a 3.5 per bedroom
