Stavo qui per una notte con la mia famiglia, mentre cercavamo una notte lontana da casa, in un posto con una piscina, la stanza era piccola, ma sembrava pulita fino a quando io, due anni, non avevo trovato un paio di biancheria da uomo (NO i miei mari) nel bagno. Ho informato il dipartimento frontale, non cercando di fare molto di più, ma per le loro informazioni. Ha fatto una nota, ma non ha nemmeno offerto scusa. La zona della piscina è molto bello e è stata la ragione principale per cui abbiamo prenotato. Ci aspettavamo di rilassarci dopo cena, ma per sorpresa, si è trasformato in un tipo di club notturno alla notte. In realtà era un concetto piuttosto freddo - DJ, macchina bolle, nebbia, e 100% bambino amico, solo non quello che ci aspettavamo durante il COVID. Apparentemente è anche aperto al pubblico in un cambiamento di copertura, quindi era piuttosto occupato! Il pranzo mattina era ok - cereali, muffin, frutta, caffè. Di solito è meglio, ma con COVID devono limitare le opzioni. In generale, non sicuro se rimarremmo, ma non è stato il peggiore posto che abbiamo rimasto.

When I landed at midnight in the middle of May to stay in Manchester for the summer for work, I had no idea what to expect since I had never been before. The shuttle driver from the hotel who picked me up that night from the airport was Adrian. He was very kind and instantly made me feel comfortable moving to a new city for the summer with his light-hearted conversation. He told me about some solid restaurants that the hotel shuttle's 2 mile radius covers and I've tried most of them, not disappointed in any of the recommendations. Another really nice driver who brings a spark to my day is Mike. Over the past two months I've had a pleasant time staying at the hotel (kudos to their always resourceful front desk) but what I especially cherish are the friendships I've made with Adrian and Mike. It's almost a ritual at this point to greet Adrian after work every day when he comes to pick me up from my office. He always asks how my day was and is seldom late. I have just over a month remaining at this hotel and I'm glad I chose this place, although keep in mind that the shuttle is shared by 4 hotels near the airport area so you'll get a chance to meet Adrian, Mike, and all the other jovial shuttle drivers if you stay at any one of those.

C'era una vecchia banana nel nostro frigorifero, così come ci sono tazze d'acqua in loro. Il nostro bagno è supportato e manutenzione richiesta E il nostro doccia ha succhiato!!! Il manico di controllo dell'acqua del doccia è stato rotto e ci piaceva solo il doccia calda a fredda tutto il tempo Abbiamo detto al dipartimento di fronte e non è stata offerta alcuna compensazione.

Andate da qualche altra parte, entrate per 3 notti e subito vide il pezzo di carta che diceva che la piscina non sarebbe stata disponibile fino al 26 luglio. Se volevi usare la piscina all'hotel lungo la strada, dovevi contattare il desk front per fare una prenotazione!!!! È la metà di luglio e la tua piscina non è disponibile. Non prenoto un hotel con una piscina per utilizzare un altro hotel piscina. La colazione va bene, ma niente di buono. Nel mirror in bagno si dice il compiacimento per la custodia della casa. Per chiedere un soggiorno oltre la pulizia o solo pochi asciugamani aggiuntivi, semplicemente chiamare o fermare dal desk. Il secondo giorno sono andato al divano e ho chiesto di tenere la casa. Mi è stato detto che la casa era fatta solo dopo tre giorni. Allora prendi quella firma. La donna al divano mi ha chiesto se volessi delle tovaglie, e ho detto sì, ma mi sono appena andato via. La risposta che ho ricevuto è stata solo un fermo sul tuo ritorno. Non potevo nemmeno mandarli. Quando ho controllato, ovviamente un manager parlava al rip di fronte. Tutti e due hanno detto che stai controllando e io ho detto sì. Nessuno di loro ha chiesto come fosse il mio soggiorno. Costruzione di tutto questo hotel anche. Solo una buona cosa era il letto era comodo. Molti altri hotel nella zona da scegliere invece di questo. Sono membro di Hilton Honors e questo è il motivo per cui ho scelto questo, grande errore!!!

Oltre a un bel hotel per i vostri soldi, non in posizione migliore/sicura.
