I would highly advise anyone who is staying in Manchester NOT
to come to this hotel…
After a very long train journey down I arrived at the hotel booked into my room and once I had went to my room they got it totally wrong and gave me twin beds and an accessible disabled bathroom (which I did not book!)
I then went to reception to ask for the room that I booked to which then the new room had bugs on the inside of the window and also the mugs had already been drunk from and no cleaned! So I then had to go back down to reception and request a new CLEAN room, one of the receptionist charged me TWICE and I still have not received my money back, there was no room service available so I had to get up yet again and go back down stairs to wait on an Uber eats which is beyond ridiculous,
Do not go to this hotel it is beyond a joke!

Terrible experience in my life.
Provided a terrible room which is wrong type and the room is not for accommodation propose , no hot water provide to take shower, no soap and shampoos provide , no TV , no kittle, no teeth brush and not the room type I booked.
One of front desk staff - is really terrible, when I request teeth brush, he replied me in very terrible tone, " You can check our website, we don't provide teeth brush , you should ask that when you check in (i check in at late night ).
All staff are helpful, but one front desk man is really terrible service

The duty manager on the day of my check in was not friendly at all. Otherwise, the rooms are big and spacious.

Staff on reception are really nice and helpful and deliver a personalized service. They asked about my journey, and if I needed any recommendations for dinner etc. At checkout they wished me a safe journey. They do make an effort!
They have complimentary copies of the financial times and new York times.
The rooms are bigger than we'd expected with great views of the city. Tea and coffee provided is good quality. The room was clean, the bed was huge and very comfortable, sheets were high quality.
And it only cost me about 20 pounds more to stay here then it would have cost for a more budget hotel
Location is excellent, just around the corner from Piccadilly.

As requested when I place my order at Trip.com they gave me a room at the end of the Corridor which is quiet at night.
They helped me to replace my kettle and being helpful for the luggage storage when I out and collect it at 19:00.
The hotel was not brand new but still very clean with nice Breakfast being served in the morning.
Besides it's 5 Minutes walk from the Piccadilly Train Station which is very convenient for people to stay for a night.

one of the lift were not working,could not open windoe,and the window was dirty to see out of
the lighting was dim not enough in all areas
