Hotel is in a great location attached to a mall with everything at an arms reach. The hospitality is top tier, the cleaning staff go the extra mile to ensure that you’re satisfied. Leticia is the best housekeeper that I’ve had thus far, she has made my stay feel like home.

The Westin is one of the best hotels i have ever stayed at! From the front desk service to the room service to the hostess at the Executive Lounge they are always helpful and greet you with a smile. Want to say thank you to Tamseel for the amazing service he has provided daily to bring joy to my stay here daily!

The facilities are beautiful, top notch housekeeping (thank you Obaidul for always going above and beyond!) breakfast is fantastic and being attached to the mall is really handy. There’s a shuttle that runs to base and is really easy to schedule. The soap smells great, strong water pressure. Really nothing could make this hotel better. Incredible!

Room is always clean and the love the effort Bala puts into making animals. Feel very welcomed here from all staff. Hotel has a really nice amenities from the pool to the gym and to their dining spots. Another plus you have your own entrance into City Centre mall which is very convenient. All in all 10/10.

Very upset with the service. Value for money is very bad. Many of the staff are not friendly, specially, Room service staff who answer the phone. I do not see the service is upto 5 starc hotel level. The location, center of the city, is the only advantage. Besides that, I do not see any advantage in this hotel which motivate us to return back to this hotel.

Excellent service, Razib from Bangladesh was such an inspiring attendant and provided wonderful customer service during a few late night meal orders. Always happy giving service with a smile. What a great attitude he arrives with always making sure we are taken care of and happy.
