Gentilezza, simpatia e disponibilità da parte di tutto lo staff e i titolari. Camere spaziose, ben arredate e molto silenziose. Ben accetti i nostri amici a 4 zampe in tutto l'hotel. Buona colazione e cena a buffet

Struttura nel complesso abbastanza gradevole. Camere pulite anche se ancora non mi è chiaro come mai in un hotel, al mare, non vengano riordinate le stanze è cambiata la biancheria di domenica. Ristorante pessimo. Cibo sempre uguale e spesso ritrovati mescolati nelle uova del mattino gli avanzi della sera prima. Per quanto riguarda lo staff, nulla da dire, gentile e cordiale, i proprietari invece pessimi. Innnanzi tutto se non parli tedesco sei totalmente escluso. Ancora non avevamo appoggiato le valigie alla reception, che la signora mi ha chiesto 15 volte i soldi della tassa di soggiorno turistico, il marito mai un sorriso, mai un buongiorno o buonasera e a fine soggiorno, al momento di saldare il conto delle bevande, ci è stato dato il conto di un’altra stanza… nessun problema, può succedere, ma si è innervosito imprecando in greco e alla fine, risolto il problema, non ha nemmeno chiesto scusa. Insomma non il massimo

Abbiamo passato una settimana in questo hotel e' ci siamo trovati molto bene.personale cortese e molto disponibile..paesaggio circostante incantevole, piscine grande ,cibo buono... ci mancava il vero caffe' italiano , bagni leggermente piccoli ma il resto tutto ok..

Questa proprietà si trova a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro cittadino. La proprietà è circondata da bei giardini e ulivi.
La cosa più deludente è stata la roba, in particolare, la reception e i proprietari che gestiscono questa proprietà. Ho viaggiato spesso, ma mai nella mia vita ho sperimentato quel livello di mancanza di professionalità.
Il check-in personale della reception era anche un proprietario, estremamente arrogante, scortese, irrispettoso
Il servizio che abbiamo ricevuto come famiglia mi fa desiderare di non visitare mai più questo paese.
Siamo stati per due notti, ma rimpiango la nostra decisione di restare

Wow , wow and wow . Last time I came was 5 years ago and loved it then . This time it’s got 100 times better Last winter the hotel underwent a total refit and modernisation . It’s amazing , really bright and modern , amazing transformation. Everything about the place is perfect , the suites are roomy and very modern , perfect working Aircon , the outside areas are always clean and tidy , the staff are very friendly and helpful …. And the food is delicious. I’ve not had one bad meal . Don’t be afraid that it’s in Malia , although Malia is a party place the hotel is a 10 min walk away from the ***** and you don’t hear any of the noise / music .

This is a beautiful place the staff is very friendly and helpful also the owners we had very good contact with them and they were always ready to talk to you and advice you where the best places on the island where we will come back thank you for the great hospitality and experience. I was very happy with my stay here. The staff and ownership are very helpful and friendly. The facilities are very nice, new and clean. The restaurant is very nice and the food is really good. The pool area is very nice as well. Nice bed and pillow selection. They are also helpful in suggesting excursions to do during the day time. The location is also good as it is just outside of the craziness of Malia to where you avoid the night time noise if you want, but can still easily walk down to access stores, clubs, restaurants and bars. The location is also good in that it allows you to access the majority of the eastern highlights of the island within an hour. I would definitely stay there again!!!

It's a nice hotel. The people are very friendly and helpful if you have questions. The hotel is cosy and not too big, which is nice. There was (almost) always room at the swimming pool. The hotel is also very clean. The food was okay, not the greatest I had, but not bad at all. There was a lot of choice; the buffet was different every evening and the breakfast was also good. The room was a little bit small, but we could manage. It's a 20 min. walk from the sea, but because of that it's also rather calm in the evening. It's close to the old town of Malia (also a 20 min. walk) and there's a bus station nearby which takes you to Heraklion.

The best place ! I went here for a girls holiday ( 10 girls ) they were so lovely , literally made us all feel so safe and the staff is like a massive family. The night reception is amazing too , always made sure we got back safe and even made fresh aloe for my friend with burns! The people there also made sure we knew what drinks to avoid whilst we was out on the *****. Everything’s about a 10/15 mins walk and only €8 for cabs to the *****. The pool is sooo modern ( it’s been redone since the pics) and has really comfy sunbeds. Rooms are really modern as well ( looks exactly like the pics) and aircon is a lifesaver Oahah. The Mountain View’s and the sea views and both incredible too ! Would love to come back , definitely 10/10
