Il personale dell'hotel è stato grande e molto utile, non c'è stato molto problema. Abbiamo fatto un viaggio di giorno a Mont Bruno, che hanno organizzato e hanno fatto una scatola vegetariana di colazione mentre uscivamo presto e era davvero ben attrezzata per il viaggio. La visita a Monte Bromo è stata davvero eccellente e vale la pena la visita, anche se non per i deficienti o coloro che soffrono di malattia auto !! La stanza era pulita e il letto confortevole/ AC è stato grande. La piscina è stata bella e pulita con asciugamani facilmente disponibili e un'ampia toletta. Quando ci stavamo viaggiando in treno la mattina seguente, hanno fornito una scatola di colazione per il nostro viaggio, tutti vegetariani e ben memorizzati per i nostri viaggi. Ci sono diversi ristoranti vicino se si desidera cenare e tutti a prezzi molto economici e una grande selezione di tariffe. Tutte le camere non fumano, tuttavia, se c'era un “sotto” persone fumavano nelle aree di mangiare che sono aperte all'esterno, compreso il tempo del colazione e si potrebbe ottenere il buffo occasionale di fumare ma non “grande” Tutto in un bel hotel e altamente recommandato per un soggiorno a Malang e visitare le attrazioni locali.

Luxury but affordable, I mean I selected non breakfast package for sure. Room was clean, bathroom quite spacious, internet is OK, they got nice gym and pool even not too long, but it works for me. The only problem is, it is quite far from the center area where all the great malls located. The closest mall you can get is Galaxy Mall which is one of the best in Surabaya. Quite close to airport, that's another pros in terms of location.

I have made a mistake when entering the check in date on the Santika website. I should have checked in on February 13th but booked a hotel room on February 12th. When I checked in I just realized it. I asked the front office staff if they could help me to change the date. I was asked to wait, I came at 0730 and she said the staff came at 0800. While waiting I contacted the Kampi hotel in Surabaya -my next destination, which I booked through Santika website too- asked if it possible to change check-in date. They said no problem. At 0820 I asked the front office staff. She said she received information that the date could not be changed, She told me to use the room and get breakfast. I asked her if the hotel was full, she said not really. She told me I can check out at 1. I like the front Desk staff, she waa nice and help full. I understand this was my mistake but the hotel was not helpful at all.
