Hotel in posizione super centrale. Staff gentilissimo e davvero premurosi. Vedendo dai documenti che fosse il mio compleanno mi hanno riservato una sorpresa a colazione. Un gesto che ho apprezzato moltissimo. Spero di tornarci presto.

Molto soddisfatto e vale la pena restare!

A very disappointing hotel with several problems. On arrival nobody was on reception and the door locked so I had to wait 10 minutes to enter. My room had no window in spite of being described as having a courtyard view. A misleading scam. When I complained the only option was to pay 50 euros extra for a higher category room. The shower didnt work properly, surging from tepid to scalding. I reported this and they said it was a common issue and they would fix it. They did not but they did refund the 50 upgrade charge. Finally on the morning we left I went to breakfast at 7.50am but was made to wait until 8am when “breakfast started”. Avoid.

Hotel location is excellent, it’ located in the heard of tourist area. Hotel room is clean, big enough to open 2 of our 30” suitcases, bed and pillows are comfortable as well. All the hotel staffs are professional, helpful and super nice. i highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Malaga.
