AAlvinVery surprise with the hotel room. It's very colonial feel and nice. Big room. Bathtub is big but position a bit off because if the water overfilled will leak to main bedroom. Gym is 24h, small but has necessary equipment. Pool is very small. Breakfast is okay. It's a served buffet style. Lots of food around. Just a street away at night has a very good char kway teow, and you tiao. Been there 3 times since I visited melaka.

Non è stata la prima volta che mi sono fermato a Baba Hotel Malacca, e in generale è stata un'altra piacevole esperienza.
Abbiamo ricevuto una stanza al livello 2. La stanza era decente per due persone, con un letto confortevole che ha offerto un buon riposo di notte. Non c'era strano odore nella stanza, e le tovaglie erano fresche e piacevolmente fragranti, che apprezzo davvero.
Il bagno ha avuto una forte pressione idrica e nessun problema di drenaggio, che è spesso trascurato, ma fa una differenza, ma il flusso d'acqua del bacino è stato un po' lento, e penso che il bagno possa beneficiare di un ventilatore adeguato. Inoltre, la pulizia tra le piastre potrebbe essere migliorata per una migliore sensazione generale.
Una notevole miglioramento durante questa visita è stata la velocità di Internet, che è stata migliore di prima, probabilmente a causa di una posizione diversa all'interno dell'hotel.
Ciò detto, l'isolamento del rumore potrebbe ancora essere migliorato, poiché i suoni provenienti dal corridoio o dalle camere vicine erano occasionalmente udibili.
Una menzione speciale al FOM/DM, che era molto amichevole e attento, ci ha davvero fatto sentire benvenuti.Lo stesso vale per gli altri membri del personale, che erano altrettanto caldi e utili durante il nostro soggiorno.
In generale, è un luogo confortevole e conveniente per soggiornare in Malacca, e non esitarei a tornare di nuovo.

Al momento del check-in in camera, la cassaforte era chiusa a chiave, la TV era spenta dalla fonte di alimentazione principale. Questi sono stati risolti immediatamente su richiesta.
La pulizia della stanza è relativamente buona, ma può essere migliore, si può vedere della carta velina bloccata nel ventilatore dell'aria condizionata.

The check-in process was seamless, with the staff demonstrating exceptional hospitality and efficiency. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was evident, from the elegant lobby adorned with tasteful decorations to the well-appointed rooms that exuded both comfort and style.
Speaking of rooms, mine was a haven of tranquility. The furnishings were modern and plush, creating a cozy ambiance that made it difficult to leave. The bed was a highlight, offering a heavenly night's sleep with its luxurious linens and a selection of pillows that catered to personal preferences.
The hotel's amenities were equally impressive. The fitness center boasted state-of-the-art equipment, and the spa provided a rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun.

MMK MarianaVery Good👍👍👍 the hotel smell so good.. Starting from entrance (lobby).. Stairs.. Lift until to the room... Soundproof very good... The room i was staying in is completed with a fridge.. Hairdryer.. Coffee set for two.. Near to Mosque.. Easy for grabcar to pick up, parking space provided ... So close to eating places (so many)... Will booked again in future.. The staff also so friendly and very helpful...

Room is clean and nice except the aircon is centralised air conditioning and cannot adjust the temperature. Room is rather warm (around 26 degrees). Requested for a standing fan but it’s not available.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel has provided the facilities as committed in their booking-page in the acceptable condition to their customer, i.e. me. Despite it is a budget hotel only and the overall appearance is slightly vintage :D, the room, the bed/mattress/blanket, bathroom, showering water heater, etc. are still clean and in acceptable condition. Besides, if communicated/spoken to the hotel, it has self check-in option for the check-in after business operation hour, i.e. mid night. Travelers can acquire the room key/card by themselves from a locker with a provided pin code. These enable me to have a good rest after making an urgent booking in night time, travel over 100km then reach the hotel at 1.30 a.m. mid night. The attached photos show the self check-in/out facility, public drinking-water-dispenser and fire extinguisher.
Although I can't expect much from a budget, I would like to suggest that the air-con in the room to have service/maintenance so that it won't produce much noise. By the way, the noise only distract us slightly from having rest.
After all, based on the offered/discounted price, the room is satisfactory and recommended.
